• Tatiana (8/5): A bright, modern, and spacious apartment with great light and balcony - The apartment is newly renovated, spacious, and filled with natural light from large windows. The balcony offers a pleasant street view, and there’s plenty of storage space. Everything was accurate and neat, and we appreciated the modern design and overall comfort. What could be improved: The space felt a bit cold due to the abundance of glass surfaces and minimal insulation. Street noise and sounds from within the building were noticeable. While the location is good, it’s a bit far from Plaka, which remains the best area for walking and dining in our opinion. Overall, it’s a bright, well-kept apartment, but a few thoughtful adjustments (like two keys, explaining how lights work in the hallway) could make it feel warmer and more comfortable.
• Michail (3/5): - Η τοποθεσία Παντού το πάτωμα ακόμα και στο μπάνιο είχε μαύρες τρίχες όταν μπήκαμε προφανώς δεν είχαν βάλει ηλεκτρική ή τηλεόραση στο υπνοδωμάτιο ήταν στα ουγγρικά ζήτησα να την επαναφέρουν τουλάχιστον στα αγγλικά δεν έγινε ποτέ ζήτηση late check out μιας και είχα κάνει check in στις 11 την νύχτα , αρνητικό γενικα εκτός την τοποθεσία δεν το συστήνω λόγω καθαριότητας κυρίως και καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση πέραν μηνυμάτων κατανόησης
• Margarita (7/5): Sitio cómodo y agradable. - La cama era muy amplia y cómoda, al igual que todo el apartamento en sí. Muy buen detalle el del vino de bienvenida. Faltó quizás algunas cápsulas de café y que la parte de arriba de la ducha no funcionaba.

• Margo (10/5): 5 star stay in beautiful Kolonaki! - We are a family of 4 & had a fabulous stay here. The property is well located within walking distance to city centre, restaurants and attractions. Our host welcomed us to the apartment prior to arrival and provided us with clear instructions for access. The property was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay which included an outside private balcony. It was a safe & quiet place at night. Nothing to note - it was amazing!

• Θεοδωρα (9/5): Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και σιγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε. - Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο και είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρό και είχε εξτρα σεντόνια και πετσέτες. θα χρειαζόταν όμως περισσότερες πετσέτες κουζίνας. Η Τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. το διαμέρισμα ειναι σε πεζόδρομο χωρις εξωτερικούς θορύβους. Το μπαρ που υπάρχει είναι κλειστό. (ίσως έχει να κάνει και με την περίοδο που πήγαμε ). Η περιοχή ειναι πολύ ασφαλής γεμάτη κόσμο, μέρα και νύχτα. 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο τον σταθμό του μετρό ( Πανεπιστήμιο) πολύ κοντά σε μίνι μάρκετ σε καφετέριες, φούρνους, φαρμακεία και σε πολύ καλα εστιατόρια καθώς και στην πλατεία Κολωνακίου. Ήταν πολύ ευκολο επίσης να βρούμε ταξί. πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και το μουσείο αρχαίας ελληνικής τεχνολογίας που είναι εξαιρετικό για μεγάλους και παιδιά. Η μεγάλη τζαμαρία που ξεχωρίζει το σαλόνι απο την κουζίνα, δίνει την αισθηση ενός ξεχωριστού υπνοδωματίου. Ηταν πολύ βολικό το πλυντήριο - στεγνωτήριο η καφετιέρα δεν δούλευε απο την πρώτη μέρα. Μετά την επικοινωνία μας όμως με τους διαχειριστές μας την αντικατέστησαν την 4η μέρα. ( μεσολάβησε σαββατοκύριακο). Ευτυχώς στα 50 μέτρα υπάρχει καφετέρια

• Ekaterina (10/5): Fantastic - Apartment is amazing! Design so beautiful, totally equipped, coffee machine, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave, good hairdryer, tv with Netflix. Wi-fi very good. We liked bed especially mattress. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap with nice smell. Location is perfect, quiet pedestrian street but very close to the historical centre. Wine was a nice surprise from the owner. Everything was perfect
• Korinna (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern apartment with amazing design. Fully equipped kitchen with everything. Washing machine with dryer and dishwasher were very useful. For me and my friend were ready two separate rooms. Totally clean. Good wine also was given. Location is perfect, close to the centre , safe and quite pedestrian street.
• Κωστας (10/5): Awesome apartment, very nice location close to city center and secure area - I went there for business with my wife. Location is perfect in the city centre but in a quiet district with very nice restaurants and coffee shop nearby. Wi-fi worked fast. Recently renovated with good quality of furniture. Balcony also available! Coffee machine and coffee capsules were provided.
• Derry (7/5): We were very comfortable but felt the owner could have done better with the supplies - Centrally located, clean , was presented as described and good communication by the host. The bath foam was empty, insufficient toilet supplies, one dishwasher tablet for 5 days. No bin liners.the foyer light did not function. No clothes drying rack.
