- Radu (6/5): Good location, only partially charming and dirty. - Quite good location, 5min from the beach and relatively close to the old town. The apartment seems to be newly updated at least the kitchen. It is quite ok for a family of 4. According to the e-mail i received from Homing the the payment was supposed to be divided in 2 like 60% the renting day and 40% the arrival day. Nevertheless, all the money were drawn from my card in advance at renting day. I was informed that i could pick up the key at 15:30, but at arrival (16:15) I was told that the cleaning crew was delayed and it will take about 1h. I ended up picking up the key at 18:00. That was not such a big issue as I was allowed to drop our luggage in the apartment. But the cleaning was so superficial that there was still an empty small shampoo bottle in the shower, hair all over, spots different places in the bathroom. The duvet in the master bedroom has seen better days, was dirty and full of hair, so we did not care to use it. All the beds and pillows are quite hard. The fabric coating the coach in the living room seems dirty and shiny at the corners. The fridge was dirty and sticky inside. The closet was dusty inside.
