• Katarina (9/5): skvělá poloha - Poloha apartmánu je perfektní, apartmán je velmi prostorný, má velmi pohodlnou postel (měkčí) a příjemné polštáře. Velká samoobsluha hned u vchodu do domu (30m), kousek od trhu se zeleninou a ovocem na Campo de' Fiori. V okolí apartmánu jsou fajn bary a fast foody - nejlepší tramezini mají v Caffe Camerino a taky jsou fajn BAO BAO čínské knedlíčky Vesměs jsou to pouze drobnosti, je to spíše doporučení pro další hosty, aby věděli, na co se připravit: - při předání klíčů dostanete zdarma houbičku na nádobí, malý saponát, 1 tabletu do myčky a 1 tabletu do pračky. Pokud chcete mýt nádobí v myčce, tak si vězměte pár tablet z domova, nebo koupíte na místě. my je pak nechali v apartmánu. - pračka - prehistorcká a navíc bez návodu, po doprání bylo prádlo šíleně mokré - určitě nepočítejte s tím, že s Vámi bude někdo komunikovat :) - kuchyně je celkem dobře vybavená - mně chyběly pouze tyto drobnosti - škrabka na zeleninu, prkno na krájení zeleniny, struhadlo na sýr - ulice po okny je dost rušná, nonstop hustý provoz + v jedné z ulic je asi diskotéka, tak to tam v noci žije, lidi pak sedí u kostela na schodech a debatují - nutno je spát se zavřenými okny, to pak není slyšet vůbec nic (klimatizace tam je) - z chodby prosvítá přes horní prosklenou část vchodových dvěří světlo, svítí nonstop - vezměte si sebou pásku na oči, pokud Vám světlo vadí

• PABLO (9/5): Amplio, cómodo y bien situado. - Limpieza, ubicación y amplitud Poco menaje y faltaba fregona y bayetas para limpiar.
• Yang (6/5): - The place is very big and the location is fantastic. The staff is quite friendly. The sofa bed is very bad. Believe me, if you can stay still all the night it is fine. Otherwise, the click click will kill you. The kitchen is not well equipped, with missing cooking stuff (you can not prepare a meal only if you buy oil and salt and all other things by yourself) and cleaning stuff (they will provide this when you order it). The washing machine does not work properly also. One important point is that they charge a late check-in fee after 20:00 pm (25 Euros without receipt) without any note in the webpage (at least I didn't notice this).

• Carolina (10/5): La mejor ubicación - Sin duda, la ubicación. Estaba equidistante a los lugares más emblemáticos de Roma. Salíamos a pie la mayor parte del tiempo. Abajo del departamento habían restorantes, supermercado, de todo lo necesario para complementar nuestra estadia en Roma. Las instalaciones tenían todo lo apropiado, ascensor, aire acondicionado, lavadora, gran espacio. Todo funcionó a la perfección. A menos de 100 m hay loockers para dejar maletas. En los 6 días que estuvimos aquí no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Me gustó todo.
• Johnny (9/5): Great Location, Affordable, Huge Apartment - This HUGE apartment is on a main street, just a 5-minute walk to the Pantheon. Our online host was helpful, however Emanuelle, aka Emma (who met us to give us the keys) have us a quick tour of the apartment, ran my credit card for the tax, and then disappeared. When I texted Emma a few times about the washing machine not working (the lid wouldn't open, and our clothes were stuck!) and also, when we went downstairs on checkout (we left the keys in the room as instructed) we found that a gate at the bottom of the stairway (after you get off the small elevator) was closed and LOCKED! I tried to contact Emma via text to help (we had to catch a train!!), but he NEVER responded. I found a small button to electronically open the gate (was never told about this button in advance!) and we escaped, albeit upset! So....Emma, to this day, has never responded to my texts. Not a good host!! Now...back to the apartment. It was very big, had a main bedroom, sofa bed (comfortable for my 15-year-old), TV, kitchen with minor conveniences, fridge that didn't really keep things real cold, but adequate, small windows with great view. We would stay here again as long as we didn't have Emma as our contact. Location is excellent. There is a Carrefour supermarket just 30 meters down the street. A Thai massage next door, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It cost us 14 euros for a taxi from Roma Termini. Don't listen to others about the small elevator. It was cool and part of the experience. It's small (3 of us fit with small luggage each) but it will get you there! Our host, Emma, could have been more attentive to our concerns and needs. He was AWOL (absent without leave, in American terms) the entire time. That really pi$ed me off. They need to provide washing machine instructions in English for foreigners. We are not used to your machines. How about letting us know if there's a button to open the downstairs gate. Thank God there wasn't a fire, or we could've been screwed. A few bottles of cold water in the fridge might be a welcoming treat by the host (like others do) and turn on the air conditioning before your guest arrives.

• Guilherme (8/5): Roomy place on excellent locations and good value, but would be better maintained. - Roomy and nice traditional flat at a fantastic location, close to major tourist spots, next to a supermarket and to everything else. The flat was not tidy and well kept. Had to wipe and vacuum all floors clean, as well as bathroom and kitchen utensils (some mismatched Ikea plates). Bath towels were very used. Certainly returned it cleaner than received.

• Julia (10/5): Big apartment in the centre - It’s very big apartment, very comfortable for family of 4. Clean, equipped with all the necessary kitchen tools, washing machine, iron, and etc. Location is just perfect, two steps to Pantheon, Piazza Navona. Very nice communication with the managing company, all the information was provided promptly with a lot of care of everything.
• Byrum (10/5): Exceptional - We were not told there was a buzzer to let us out on the morning we left. We ended up sitting on the steps until someone came down and was able to open the gate for us to leave.
• Christine (9/5): Lovely apartment in a central location - Location was excellent. Within walking distance of everything in Rome city centre. The apartment was much bigger than expected and very comfortable for a family of 4. The team was also very prompt and helpful with restaurant recommendations, arranging airport transfers and when we had a bit of trouble with the hob, the team were very kind got into a video call with us to sort it out. Nothing really. The apartment and service was great.

An amazing apartment in an amazing neighborhood. The views from the window are stunning. The house is very old, but it's clean and comfortable. It's super nice, basically.

• Jing (9/5): Overall I enjoyed staying there. - Very Central location and walking distance to main attractions. Very spacious and perfect for family of 4. Pasquale who managed the check in has been very helpful. Some issue with shower drain but IFlat fixed it the following day. I would stay here again next time if I come to Rome :) Some smells on arrival due to recent work done in the house but not too bad. Also it would be nice to have coffee through the stay instead of only the first night.
