• Presly (9/5): Чудесно студио по мой вкус :) - Доста симпатично студио, обзаведено и аранжирано със стил, и всички удобства - кафе машина, хладилник, пералня и др., също книги, грамофон, игри. Съвсем наблизо се намира един от пазарите, а на една крачка е пицарията с най-вкусните пици :). Гарата, морската градина и плажът също не са далеч, както и централната, пешеходна улица. Престоят ми беше определено приятен и се надявам да го повторя за по-дълъг период. :) Като се изключат някои дреболии - в банята и др. всичко беше наред. Може би единствено това, че няма как да се сушат дрехите някъде навън или по-бързо беше единствено някакъв проблем.

• Dimitrina (8/5): Spectacular sunset indeed - The apartment lives up to it's name - the view and sunsets in particular are really stunning! Communication with host and self check-in was seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, with shops and the farmers market close by. Sea garden is about 20 mins walking. While the kitchen area is entirely new, the bedroom-bathroom space could use a bit of an update.

The only thing I didn’t like is the building entrance and elevator, though I understand that it’s out of control for the owner.

Found shower space was tight, stairs to kitchen were steep, space cramped around the bed, pigeon nesting on window cill, only one pillow per person, steps up to the lift and then more steps up to the room.

The communication with the owner was good and the instructions for the keys to the apartment were like something from an adventure movie... 😃

• Miroslav (9/5): Superb - A great place near Burgas center and all the life and hubbub! It works both for couples and families, as the space has two large beds (one being a sofa bed), nice (but small) bath with all you need, a fully equipped kitchen, washer, AC. It is also stylishly decorated, and has the feel of a trendy penthouse. The building itself is old and badly kept, the elevator has the feel of a horror movie transport to your next adventure. There is technically a parking lot, but access is difficult, and outside the lot parking is practically nonexistent (this close to the center parking is paid everywhere). However, once you get past the forbidding exterior, it's wonderful!

There is elevator in the building. The apartment is open space and very bright. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cleanliness is excellent. The host is super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay , totally recommend it.

• Bob (10/5): Apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. - The area and the building are not very appealing, but once you are in the apartment it’s beautiful. Being on the seventh floor.

• Elliot (9/5): Thoughtful, bright, and comfortable! - Very cute spot! Everything is clean and thoughtful. Furnishings seem new. TV rotates so you can watch from the couch or bed. Kitchen is well stocked with nice dishware and spices (not just salt and pepper). Little additions like a sun umbrella for the beach and extra sunglasses were appreciated, even though we didn’t use them. AC was great! Great view of the sunset. We had plenty of space for everything we needed. The bathroom door had difficulty staying closed (probably the latch). Pillows could be upgraded and fitted sheet could be exchanged (it was pilling). Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here and would return if we’re in Burgas again!
