VACATION RENTAL RULES
Complying with these rules is a mandatory condition of the rental contract. Failure to do so may result in penalties or expulsion from the property.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
• All guests must comply with these rules and with any additional instructions provided by the property owner during their stay.
CHECK-IN
1. Check-in time: from 3:00 p.m.
• Early check-in: from 1:00 p.m. (upon request, subject to availability, €20 fee, confirmation required)
2. Mandatory: All guests must complete the online registration of their identity document (ID or passport) before arrival, following the instructions sent through the booking platform. Without completing this process for every guest, entry to the apartment is not permitted.
3. Guests must also sign this vacation rental rules document.
NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD
1. Guests are fully responsible for the safety of children and for avoiding any disturbance to neighbors.
2. Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., and when arriving or leaving the property.
3. Excessive noise at any time is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
VISITORS
• Visitors are NOT allowed during the stay.
USE OF THE PROPERTY
• Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly forbidden.
TRASH
1. Guests must not leave garbage in common or public areas.
2. Please follow these rules:
• Do not leave food or personal items outside the bins in the kitchen or bathroom.
• Always use bags inside trash containers.
SECURITY
1. Always close windows and doors when leaving the property to ensure safety and prevent damage from rain or wind.
2. Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices when not in use. Leaving air conditioning or fans running while absent is not allowed.
ENERGY
• The included daily electricity allowance is 10 kWh per 4 guests.
• Consumption above 15 kWh/day will be charged at €0.20 per kWh and must be paid by the guest.
• For safety reasons, the air conditioning automatically switches off every hour. If you are in the apartment, you may turn it back on.
• The air condition temperature is set between 23–25°C. Please select the correct mode: heating (☀️) in winter, cooling (❄️) in summer.
TERRACE
• Children must always be supervised while on the terrace.
SMOKING
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment. It is only permitted on the terrace.
2. Cigaret butts must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided, never on the floor.
PETS
• Pets are NOT allowed.
DAMAGES
1. Any damage must be reported immediately to the owner/manager. Failure to report may result in charges for repair or replacement.
2. Furniture, appliances, or other items may not be moved without prior authorization.
3. Bathroom towels may not be taken outside the property (e.g., for the beach).
CHECK-OUT
1. Check-out time: until 11:00 a.m.
• Late check-out: until 12:00 p.m. (upon request, subject to availability, €20 fee, confirmation required)
2. Ensure the main door is securely locked upon departure.
3. Check that all taps, appliances, windows, and lights are properly turned off.
4. Please take care of the apartment, furniture, and linens as if they were your own. Do not use bath towels to remove makeup.
5. Remove all garbage from the kitchen and bathroom before leaving.
6. Wash used dishes, glasses, and utensils. Leaving dirty dishes is not allowed.
COMPLIANCE
1. Failure to comply with these rules will be considered a breach of the rental contract.
2. The owner reserves the right to terminate the stay if guests do not comply with the rules or cause inconvenience to neighbors or the community.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Clean and comfortable. The AC
In a warm days and the AC works for one hour and then it turns off. To spare energy. I had to wake up every single hour to turn the AC on again and again.
First 3 nights the AC was not even working, because it needed a code and the manager made my to connect with him/her many times so I the end it was just a remote control code.
I did not liked how the person I spoke to was about to blame us for the AC control, we'll we can't guess the code or the house manager want to spare energy while we been cooked in33°, so I had to send an email every time I want to have the AC on and waiting for the mercy of the person who can start the AC from and mobile phone application.
I think the house need more than a one AC in the living room, bed rooms need the AC as well.
Or it's not so good idea for energy sustainability plane which the house manager trying to do.

- Tino (8/5): Great location, clean, comfy, good host. A bit noisy and chilly but can live with it. Good value! - Great location, clean, good kitchen, though the non-stick pans should be changed. There was a freezer too. Can go walking in nature on the hill next door, old town close, few min to store, ~15min to beach. Good bed, real blankets. Balcony small but gets afternoon sun. The host was easy to communicate with and early&late checkout was possible to arrange. Very noisy, can hear neighbours and the outside clearly. Car doors closing in the street will resonate windows. Garbage truck comes at midnight every day, right under the apartment windows, very loud. Pack some ear plugs. Also a bit chilly, the ac is restricted to running an hour at a time so hard to keep warm.

- Heidi (8/5): Nice place - Walking distance to the old town There was no parking as it stated; had to park in car park far away and pay 24 euro a day, cash only. Also, very loud people above at midnight.
- Isla (9/5): Superb - The flat was very clean, the shower is good and there's a lot of space. The kitchen is well stocked. The sofa isn't particularly comfortable, so if you want to stay in it probably isn't the best. But we didn't spend much time in the apartment so it wasn't a problem.
