Matelas à ressorts de médiocre qualité causant ces maux de dos et l'inconfort du sommeil Appartement sombre dû a l'exposition Vue sur le parking, avec une mauvaise isolation phonique Système de fermeture de la porte d'entrée très obsolète, avec 1 seule clé sur les 2 qui fonctionnaient. La poignée de la porte desserré Fenêtre côté parking qui ne se verrouille pas Pas de notice explicative pour l'utilisation de la télévision Contact pour le souci de matelas: la seule proposition faite a été de quitter le logement avec un remboursement de 25% des jours restants ...Pas de proposition de nous reloger, ni de compensation financière

• Debbie (5/5): Ok if you only sleep in apartment - Beds were comfy place was clean Well got there windows didn’t lock so had to get someone out to fix it so couldn’t have them open at all The main bedroom down stairs felt like being in a dungeon cars parked by window Also the smell was very musty and damp And the shower leaked from underneath so with 3 of us there had to put towels down wash them mop all of it . Lucky we didn’t stay in apartment only to sleep in as also balcony coved and looked onto carpark x

And good location The front desk staff wasn’t really nice, they had an attitude and when we asked questions about the island they were preatty much like, we are not here to help you we are here to only to check you in and out.
