• Evelina (10/5): Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended - The apartment was wonderful—clean, perfectly maintained, and exactly as it looks in the photos. The location is just 3–4 minutes from the metro and about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The rooms are spacious, with high ceilings that create an even greater sense of coziness and comfort. Highly recommended!

• Martina (10/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt! - Schöne Wohnung, es hat alles komplikationslos funktioniert. Die Innenstadt, U-Bahn, Bus, alles gut zu erreichen, gerne wieder.
• Christian (10/5): Il miglior appartamento finora fruito a Vienna (siamo degli habitué) - Appartamento accogliente, ben diviso e molto pulito. Siamo stati accolti con una bottiglia di prosecco per il nuovo anno. La casa é dotata di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di qualche giorno e si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare una delle capitali più belle d'Europa L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano e non ha l'ascensore. Non é stato un problema per noi, ma può esserlo se sì hanno bagagli molto pesanti o problemi di deambulazione

• Maria (8/5): è stato un peccato non aver visto accesi al 18.11,le luci di natale per la città,mercatini bellissim - per la colazione abbiamo fatto la spesa e alcune volte MC perchè al bar partono bei soldini e per una famiglia incidono tutti i giorni, classica colazione all'italiana per 5 persone euro 40,00 ! per soggiorni più lunghi di due gg, proporrei di lasciare una scopa, paletta e qualche straccetto per mettere un poò in ordine, del resto la città è molto bella. Abbiamo girato per i mercatini, tutti direi di averli fatti, ma delle luci come addobbo neanche un cenno, peccato! anche se siamo al 18.11
• francisco javier (1/5): No reservar aquí!!!! - Absolutamente Nada El portero automático de la vivienda, pulsando desde el portal, abre automáticamente la puerta del portal de edificio, recibiendo el sonido del timbre solo en la vivienda que alquilan, los vecinos lo saben y está a todas horas sonando, especialmente en fin de semana, no hay forma de desconectarlo. Estuve 8 noches alojado aqui, la primera noche lo dije y me pidió disculpas “que no volvería a suceder”. De repitió al día siguiente, me vuelve a pedir diisculpas, el tercer dia, el cuarto y el quinto día pasa lo mismo, ni siquiera te responde a los Mensajes, ni te da opción de salir y devolverte la estancia pagada. Es horrible! No pude dormir ni una sola noche! Por otro lado tampoco te avisan de que es un tercero sin ascensor, pero los techos son altos, lo que equivale subir a una quinta planta! Sin ascensor claro. El wifi constantemente no funciona, por favor no reservar aquí, es preferible pagar un poco mas y tener lo mas básico : “dormir bien”

• Ulrike (9/5): Great place to stay - The apartment is large and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well mostly well equipped apart from a few pots with broken lids. The location is quiet but close to public transport and shops. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. This was no problem for us but would be a problem for handicapped people. There was a TV but no local TV programs were available.

U-bahn, tram, and train station are all within a short walking distance, so you can move around Vienna easily. The neighborhood is quiet and has everything you will possibly need. Restaurants from various cuisines, bars, bakeries, shops, and supermarkets. Vanessa was very kind and helpful, providing all the necessary information and assistance. Definitely recommended!
• Fabio (8/5): una buona base per la visita della città - La posizione dell´appartamento, la vicinanza alla metropolitana, la presenza di negozi e ristoranti a poca distanza. La puntualità e precisione del proprietario nel fornire informazioni.
• Salvio (9/5): Prima volta a Vienna, sicuramente la consiglio - Appartamento pulitissimo e attrezzato per ogni necessità. Posizione super comoda, vicino alle metro e a Mariahilfstrasse, con tutti i suoi negozi, ma al contempo in strada silenziosa. 3 piano senza ascensore, vista sul davanti, aperta sui tetti e sul cielo, quindi anche ventilata e non soffocante. Per 4 è perfetta, dalle stoviglie alla camera da letto con la porta per la sua privacy. Bagno cieco, compatto ma ben strutturato. Unica cosa che aggiungerei, a meno che non me la sono persa io 😅, è una scopa grande, magari da tenere dietro la porta della cucina. (Nell'appartamento è comunque disponibile una paletta e una piccola scopa/spazzola pavimenti)

• Carmen (10/5): Mi casa en Viena - Todo como en casa, tenía lo necesario en la cocina, los condimentos y otros que no puedes comprar por poquito para dos días. Agradezco de corazón el que nos regalaran café, justo para todos para los dos días (bueno a mí me hizo falta dos tazas extras).😁 El baño limpio y bien equipado. Nos encantó.🥰 Las camas cómodas y suficientemente grandes para dos. Creo que solo podría decir que no recuerdo si decían que no hay elevador, y fue cansado subir al tercer piso con maletas. Además viajábamos con dos personas de 68 y 80 años. Pero lo lograron.

• Dan (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, clean, renovated, spacious, luminous, high ceiling. The location is excellent, close to public transportation (including subway, tramway and train station) and walking distance to some tourist attractions. Quiet street, quiet building, helpful neighbors and a very responsive landlord. The beautiful and green promenade Mariahilfer Street is just around the corner, and is packed with restaurants, cafes and shops, making it ideal for evening strolls or morning jogging. As a heads-up: the apartment is located at the third floor and there is no elevator - this might be an inconvenience for seniors or anyone with a physical condition (especially given that the floors are very tall and there are more steps than usual). If you love extra-soft pillows, you will like it here; if not, then the pillows offered here might be a problem. The smoke detector in the kitchenette is very sensitive and noisy once triggered (as it should be, of course) - but be cautious that frying some eggs is very likely to trigger it and in order to stop it, you will need both a chair from the living room and some extension for your arm - I used a cooking spoon, one with a long handle. Also, there is no cooking hood in the kitchenette, so all the smoke/steam/fumes will stay there or go in the building's staircase. I'm not sure as to how hot it gets in Vienna in the summer, but there is no AC in the apartment, only a fan - during our stay in June the fan was more than enough.
• Diana (9/5): An absolutely great experience and a delightful place to stay. - It’s a very nice, clean, spacious apartment, located on a quiet street. Even the night Austria won Eurovision - the street was still quiet. ;) An adequate little kitchen if you want to cook. Smoke alarm is a little sensitive so bring a very long stick to turn it off in case it starts beeping while your eggs are boiling. :)))) The building has no elevator, but the stairs are beautiful, and if you don’t have super heavy luggage - you will be just fine. Key pick up and drop off is easy. The host is very responsive if you have any questions. We would absolutely do it again. Thank you! The only tiny small thing - the apartment could use a couple more sleeping pillows and blankets. That’s it. Everything else was great.
• Gunita (10/5): The historic interior of the building added to the Viennese atmosphere. Wonderful apartment in the quiet center of Vienn - Nice and comfortable apartment. Perfect for 4 people. All was very clean. The blankets could have been better.
• Krishna (10/5): Wonderful, clean, great location, spacious and lovely responsive host - Wonderful apartment in excellent location. Very well located with great amenities. Lovely restaurants and cafes around here as well as shops for food or clothes shopping if you fancy. Walkable distance to Ikono, Haus Des Meeres and the Museum Quarter. The u Bahn is super close and journey times to any location within Vienna are super quick. Great for couples or small families. If you have mobility issues then be mindful that there is no lift and there are three flights of stairs to climb.

• Andrey (10/5): Vienna is a beautiful city and staying in these apartments made the experience even more memorable - Large apartment in a very nice house. The windows overlook a fairly quiet street, there is almost no noise, although it was a weekend. In the apartment itself everything is wonderful, great interior. There is everything you need for living, even a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can fully cook food. Communication with the host was by correspondence, instructions were clear and comprehensive. everything was fine, that's the truth.

• Olga (9/5): Clean accomodation in great location - Great location close to busy MariahilfeStrasse, yet in quiet street. Very clean. Easy check-in with clear instructions. Prompt fix of minor technical difficulty with the shower. All as on photos.
• Claire (9/5): I would stay there again - We were in a lovely old building with high ceilings. The bed was good. Approx 400m from the subway and 300m from a metro style supermarket. The terrible pillows. The age of the building means there are a lot of steps to the 2nd floor flat. However this is a minor niggle compared to the overall charm of the building.

• Natasha (9/5): Great place. Would come here again. - Great location 5-7 min from Mariahilfer, metro and the bus to hauptbahnhof. Gumpendorfer is also nearby with a few neighborhood coffee shops. Best museums in Vienna are 10 minutes away: LeopoldMuseum and the KunstHistorisches. Easy access to the Innere Stadt. Building is quiet. Neighborhood felt safe coming back around 10:30pm alone. The appartment is large bright and spacious with 3 windows on the street. Loved that the host left a lot of coffee pods! 3rd floor ( with ground floor being 0) no elevator. Not a problem in my case but one has to know. The mother of the host is next door. She doesn’t speak English but greeted me upon arrival. . This will only apply to few people : The bed is too hard for my bones. This is a problem common for middle aged and older folks. I found 3 extra pillows to make myself a soft mattress top but there was no covers for them. So i used a blanket to cover them. Not ideal. It would be nice to have an extra duvet and a few extra pillows ready with covers rather than just one pillow and one small duvet. So people can use them to sleep better if needed.
