Jerry (2/5): Very bad experience and not worthy…. - Nothing is functionally… washing machine is dead. Television is not working! Couch are dead, window curtains are tattered. Beddings are dead bathroom door is broken… a total mess of an apartment. This apartment is not fit for humans especially around Sandton.

Tracy (3/5): Poorly hosted Accomodation not up to any basic standard - Location only Broken items inside… like the shower door. Poorly maintained. Curtain by front door is fixed that it can’t be opened. All cutlery have chips in…. Only 2 forks and one knife available. Fan is broken. WiFi was working for two out of 6 days only. Bedding is old and pullowslip torn. Towels were stained. Walls have marks on. Communication with host is poor.

I am raising my serious disappointment with your unit on booking.com. I have been booking with Booking.com for years. This is the first time I have such a horrible experience. I blame myself for booking a unit without any reviews. It will be best if you removed your unit and improve it before letting it out. Simply it is unfit for rent out to decent people. It was late to check out otherwise I would have. I left at the earliest possible time in the morning. The unit is fit to be in Hillbrow not in Sandton. I could not sleep at all. 1. Firstly, the check in is a disaster. Need I say more? U were not even aware we had booked. No arrangement for check in. It’s shambles for a person who paid for such accommodation. 2. ⁠The unit is cockroach 🪳 infested 😩😭😳! No effort was made to spray and clean the unit if u are renting it out. I was even uncomfortable to use bed or any of the crockery. 3. ⁠u did not have clean proper towels. 4. ⁠U did not have any soap in the bathroom which was dirty and was very uncomfortable to use. 5. ⁠What quality of people do you accommodate in this unit? Any self respecting clean individual cannot accept such torture. 6. The free roaming cockroaches 🪳 even inside the fridge ranks top of the list of torture experienced. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. U can’t treat decent people so horribly after taking their hard earned money. It’s a disgrace, it’s robbery. I wonder how your own house looks like if u expect people to use such a place.
