• Dawn (10/5): Over all a lovely and relaxing stay - Location was wonderful close to everything, Apartment was lovely It could do with a few more kitchen items eg: Bowls as we had only 1 glass bowl for pretty much everything, our salad our left over food and for our BBQ. We also bought a couple of coffee cups and left at the apartment as the cups are very small for my morning coffee otherwise all good.
• Lucas (9/5): Superb - Beach front views and 5min walk to surfers paradise. There was some damage to lounge suite which we discovered on arrival and informed property manager about. Not a major issue but may need repair.

• Gillian (10/5): Paradise Highlights - Fresh, clean, spacious felt like home with extra comfort items, coffee machine milk cookies, toiletries, and streaming services. All aspects of the accommodations location spa, pool sauna. were excellent and easy with a lovely, comfortable view of the beach and Esplanade activities. I will definitely stay longer next time there is nothing to fult about this accommodation option
• Mark (3/5): Not a great way to start a holiday. - Not a great experience to gain access to room. Arrived at different location to collect the keys. Unable to access these due to invalid codes. Tried contacting representative several times without success. Waiting approximately 40 minutes for a response. Was advised to try different codes to gain access. This again was denied. Waited for another 30 minutes for instructions. Was advised to wait at location to gain access to unit. Informed will be 8 to 10 minutes. They Arrived 30 minutes later. Then finally gained access to building and unit. Supporting a participate on their first holiday away on the Gold Coast. Was very unacceptable. Considering that I was scrutinised for my stay.
• Mirelle (10/5): Great place with the best location! - The location was excellent. Place was clean and was as advertised. Host was informative and responsive. Very comfortable for a family. Although the instructions were very clear, the key collection was still a bit of a hassle.

Definitely great place to stay close to all attractions on the Gold Coast. Definitely will be booking the property again when meeting up with family on the coast. The key collection was a little confusing after talking to the ladies in the coffee shop they explained where the convenience store was located. Possible needs a little more explanation.
• Tahlia (1/5): extremely Disapointing - The property itself was nice. Lovely location and clean loved the view from the balcony to the pool. The Mangement the property manager was on a power trip. he was abusive towards my children making them cry and terrified them to the point we couldn't stay there. The pool is outside the reception glass doors and there is a small sign on a piece of paper behind a plant that says not to come inside wet. Our children came inside and their feet where a little wet, so they left a few water marks on the floor he screamed at them and kicked them outside and told them not to come back inside until the can be respectful, he doesn't care if they have to sleep outside. when I went to find my children, they were shaking and crying. one of our children are autistic. when i approached the manger to say he had no right to treat them the way he did and asking them nicely to go out and dry there feet better was all it would take he and his wife started abusing myself. Very disappointed never have I ever experienced anything so rude and horrible.

The apartment had all facilities a family on holiday needs. The key pick is was a little confusing and took a bit of of however we got there in the end and it all worked out.
