• Alba (8/5): Buenas situación y confortable - La situación y las instalaciones. Nada en general, al estar en el casco antiguo el portal un poco antiguo y con pintadas, que desmerece un poco el apartamento.
• RAQUEL (9/5): - El piso impresionante, justo lo que necesitas para un buen fin de semana. El ruido exterior noctuno. Pese a ello, no se alarga hasta altas horas de la noche, por lo que no supone un gran problema.

• Nerea (8/5): Recomendable - Es más amplio de lo que aparece en las fotos, estuvimos cómodos y a gusto. Los accesorios de la cocina estaban sucios, sartenes, tapas, cubiertos…
• Ignasi (8/5): Super cèntric - Super cèntric, molt insonoritzat els vidres, habitació cuina labavo tot molt bé. L'ubicació és la que és. Està en un carrer on hi ha molta festa, però els vidres estàn super ben insonoritzats, i es pot dormir perfectament. Preu una mica elevat

• Maria del Carmen (8/5): Piso céntrico en Bilbao - El piso tiene hecha una buena reforma, con gusto y bonito. Todo muy limpio y además bien ubicado. Llegabas a todo andando y eso se agradece. Y la información venía muy bien explicada. Las ventanas están bien aisladas a pesar de los ruidos nocturnos de la calle y eso te quitaba mucho barullo. El portal tenía muchas pintadas y daba mala impresión, olía muy mal. Aunque una vez que entrabas en el piso todo genial. Luego por la noche es verdad que había muchísima gente haciendo botellon y ruido y fue difícil dormir. Aunque cesó todo sobre 1 de la madrugada así que no fue tan malo.

• Kristl (8/5): Mooie uitvalsbasis - Fijn appartement op een goede ligging. Alle comfort aanwezig. Verwarming was stuk, is snel opgelost door de verantwoordelijke. Timer voor de verwarming zorgt dat het overdag koud is.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Posizione fantastica, molta movida in zona. - Appartamento confortevole, ottima posizione nel Casco Viejo L'appartamento affaccia su una via molto rumorosa, centinaia di persone affollano i locali sotto fino alle 2 di notte. Nonostante i doppi vetri un po' di rumore si sente.

• Marcos (10/5): Perfecto para conocer Bilbao - Está perfecto, ubicación muy céntrica, en pleno Casco Viejo de Bilbao, tienes la facilidad de encontrar sitios de pintxos, supermercados, transporte público. Además Unai está muy pendiente, un apartamento que está súper bien. Me gustó todo.

• GARIKOITZ (5/5): - El apartamento dispone de todo lo que se necesitas, bien de menaje en la cocina y además un pequeño balcón. Un detalle que tuviera ventilador ya que nos tocó la estancia en plena ola de calor. Ideal para parejas o incluso una tercera persona. Cuesta abrir la puerta de la entrada. La ducha no traga nada bien el agua y se encharca todo el baño.

• Zdeněk_k. (8/5): Very good - Nice neighbourhood, lots of bars and cafees. Not very comfortable bed and pillow was very big (high) and not very soft.
• Lu (7/5): Great location, lacked home comfort - The location in Old Towm; the host was wonderful; very helpful and responsive The 2-door system to get in and out of the apt was cumbersome. The lighting in the hallway was a problem, but the host was working on a better solution. Overall, it was a nice apt., but lacked some basic comforts.
• Jorma (7/5): Nice flat which can get noisy so maybe more adapted to young travellers than families - The apartment fully corresponded to its online description, clean and easy to check-in and out. The host was very quick to respond to my questions. Even if the apartment had double glazing, the flat is located just over many bars and it can get terribly noisy.

• Miranda (8/5): Central but not quiet at night - Very clean apartment, kitchen, bathroom. Supermarket around the corner Large crowds gather every night for drinks 20:00-01:00? It's well isolated but it's a lot. There are coffee facilities but no coffee. :(
