• Anne (8/5): Fabulous - Beautiful accommodation Stunning views close to everything and easy access to accommodation with instructions to get in on arrival. Perfect. Limited towels.. those 2 towels available were bleached stained. TV in bedroom didn't work. Contacted made with host but no reply. Cutlery and dishes dirty and bedroom carpets stained. We ended up washing our towels and drying daily which wasted power.. putting more towels in would save so much more money. Get better more dedicated cleaners. Hygiene is very important and needs so much prioritizing.

The apartment has all the appliances and services needed, it also offers a private parking spot. Some appliances and cutlery were not properly cleaned, understandable but avoidable.

It was a beautiful, clean, bright, spacious and secure apartment that had everything needed to make for a very comfortable stay. I had an issue with the electric gate fob not working and a replacement set of keys were delivered straight away. Nothing, it was perfect.

• dorota (6/5): Great location - Great location, next to restaurants, water activities, close to shops, etc. The bedroom and kitchen were good size, loved the BBQ outside, so we could cook dinners at home. I've found the instructions for arrival a bit confusing, took us a while to find the right location. We arrived in the middle of the night and despite confirming that we would need the sofa bed made for kids, we had to set it all up at 2am and there was absolutely no bedding or towels. We've spent the first night sleeping on the mattress, no bedsheets, nothing. It was sorted next day, but left a bad impression regardless.

Lovely views from balcony particularly on Cracker night. It would have been nice to have two keys not one, as key was required at main door and lift to allow independent movement in and out of apartment for us. Otherwise, great.

Self contained with breath taking view! - Location was superb I could eat my breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sunrise in comfort with the outside fan! Pool in complex was fantastic and not busy :) Easy to get into town by bus or walk to the wharf.

No linen provided for the sofa bed nor were there hand towels provided. Coffee pods provided but no tea bags.

Excellent verbal and written communication. Lovely bright and new accommodation. Extremely good value for money! only gripe was I had 24 hours to respond to my initial booking enquiry and replied within this time but the price had gone up a little, which was a bit annoying.

Air conditioning was under repair, had to use air coolers , which led me to sleep with the balcony slide not fully closed down for fitting the air cooler vent. Freezer filled with Ice, not closing properly and found few dead cockroach in between the freezer doors and in the living room.

• Julia (9/5): Great stay. Beautiful position with roomy balcony with tables and chairs. Balcony overlooks harbour. - No breakfast as it was aserviced apartment. However close to coffee shops. Had a full kitchen for food preparation. There could have been better instructions on collecting the keys. At first they forgot to send me a code for the locked box. Could have been better instructions on carpark. As the entrance tothe car park is some distance from the builing and in another building I carried my groceries from the road. I didn't realise that the parking spot was next to the lift into my building until after I parked the car.
• Princess (10/5): Just fabulous in every way. - Loved everything about my little home away from home in Darwin. Great location and fantastic views. The apartment is so neat and tidy with everything you need. The bed was comfy and the bathroom area was roomy. The living and kitchen area was comfortable and well equiped. It was also so great to get a welcome text from my host with loads of suggestions of things to see and do in and around Darwin. Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit the top end. Nothing - everything was great.
