- Noelia (5/5): - La ubicación muy buena, pudimos tomar autobuses cerca y llegamos muy bien a todos lados. Además muy limpio el apartamento y en muy buenas condiciones. Lo malo es que solo hay ventiladores en las habitaciones, y con el aire caliente que entra no se está a gusto en el apartamento teniendo en cuenta que hemos ido en Agosto. No lo recomiendo en Julio y Agosto a no ser que instalen aires acondicionados. Los ventiladores solo mueven aire caliente y se pasa un poco mal.

- Agustin Rafael (10/5): Acogedor, agradable céntrico. - Limpieza, tranquilidad, relación precio-calidad. Acogedor. Céntrico. Echamos de menos el aire acondicionado, al menos en las habitaciones. Los ventiladores no son suficientes.
