• Ksenia (2/5): Avoid - The location If you think you can find the right apartment at the address - you are wrong. No CLEAR instructions at all. Just read all the reviews - everyone writes about it, but the owner still thinks it is okay. It only says 2nd floor - good luck finding the right door! Oh by the way - there are bunch of keys - good luck with that too. The apartment is full of dust, we had leakage from the ceiling in the bathroom. Terrible smell in the corridor. If you need one more sleeping place like sofa - good luck sleeping on that one - even sitting on that is quite hard. Proper cleaning and repair needs to be done. And if you can’t find the property or have some troubles - good luck trying to get in touch with an owner in WhatsApp. You’ll find yourself alone in the street. Never again. Bad service, bad communication

• Constanze (7/5): Ein helles Apartment in angenehmer Lage - Die Lage war wunderbar. Eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre in Notting Hill. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars gegenüber oder in der Nähe und trotzdem war es ruhig. Wir sind zu dritt gereist. Das dritte Bett war nicht vorbereitet, aber wir konnten alles in den Schränken finden. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr schmal für zwei Personen und die Schlafcouch relativ unbequem.

• Stefano (8/5): Nell'appartamento in una posizione perfetta! - La posizione è semplicemente perfetta! Un bell' appartamento a Notting hill ma non nel caos, vicino la metro e vicino la fermata del bus per andare ovunque in centro. Nella zona ci sono negozi e ristoranti per tutto quello che occorre. Via deliziosa, appartamento con anche un piccolo terrazzo, cosa rara a Londra! Letto non enorme ma comodo Alcuni accessori della casa sono da revisionare (scarico del bagno, scarico della doccia funzionano ma sono in parte staccati, tende vecchie e impolverate). Wi-Fi lento se ci si vuole lavorare intensamente, manca un po' di cura rispetto a biancheria e asciugamani visto il livello del quartiere e dei costi della casa.
• Willem (7/5): - Located in the heart of Notting Hill, surrounded by shops and restaurants and just a short walk from Portobello Road. We chose this property for its lovely little terrace, perfect for enjoying some time outdoors. Collecting the keys it is not very convenient , especially with luggage and kids, since the pick-up point was two blocks away from the apartment. Upon arrival, the corridor and the elevator had a constant smell of cat urine, which was unpleasant. Thankfully, once inside the apartment, there was no smell and it felt much nicer. That said, the cleanliness was not up to my standards. We had to wash everything before use, and the kitchen drawers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The toilet flush in the bathroom kept coming apart every time it was used and needs repair. The sofa in the living room was uncomfortable for sleeping, as it sagged in the middle. The apartment was also quite noisy in the room as its face the front of the building and almost every night the alarm from the building opposite went off for more than 40 minutes. The coffee machine was unusable unless we bought our own capsules, as the ones provided were the wrong size. In the bathroom, several light bulbs were broken, leaving it very dim. Overall, I think the apartment needs a thorough deep cleaning, both inside and in the common areas, as well as some basic maintenance and updates to make it more comfortable.

• Ellenjo (9/5): Big, Bright and great location. - The flat was large, bright and conveniently located. The hallway and elevator smelled terrible. The pillows were stained.
• Debs (8/5): Very good - Unfortunately Booking.com did not supply correct information on how to collect the keys...after numerous phone calls, the owner, who was abroad at the time, called me back, he was very helpful and gave me instructions. These should have been supplied by Booking.com, it took us almost an hour to get into the property. But once in...we was very pleased with the apartment, it was clean, spacious and a great location.

• Cooper (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in a fantastic location. Close to pubs, restaurants and shops. Great size and perfect balcony for a few afternoon drinks.
• Tony (7/5): Loved our time in London and the location, but sleep could have been better. - location excellent, walking distance to close by cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops and some major attractions in London. Has all amenities and is very clean, nice apartment. The key pick up was from a key nest at a shop approximately 1 kilometer from the actual address, arriving with large suitcases resulted in us having to take the taxi to the key pick up first and have him wait whilst I collected the key and then double back to where the property is. I did not receive communication of this arrangement until after booking and paying and it is not something I would do in future. The bedroom has a slatted blind with strong light entering and days are very long at this time of year. Although a secondary window has been installed inside of the original building window, it is not as effective as double glazing and results in a lot transmission of street noise.

• Leonie (8/5): Things turned out well because the owners bent over backwards to be helpful. Notting Hill was buzzing and I would book a - The owners were very helpful, efficient and friendly. We hadn’t received instructions on getting keys and assumed we should meet someone at the property - this turned out not to be the case. I phoned the owner who drove across London to let us in and give us keys. A problem with the loo was dealt with quickly on a Sunday. The apartment is light and welcoming, well equipped and perfectly placed in Notting Hill. The bed settee is really hard - but this was discussed with the owner and he will have remedied it before the next visitors need to use it. The bed is a memory foam mattress - too hot for me.

Despite notifying the owner it was not repaired throughout our stay.This caused inconvenience and distress. We have asked for compensation for this but none has come. There were also broken blind cords and some light fittings not working.
• Svend (8/5): Very good - Great location in Noting Hill, modern style, Coffe and tea well equiped. Quiet street and feeiling of home. Local grocery shop, café and resturants. Not well prepared for winter temperatur. Plastic chairs in livingroom.

• Cathy (8/5): We Loved our stay, would highly recommend - Perfect location- only about 10 minute walk to Nothing Hill gate underground station. Apartment clean, well-equipped. Three restaurants across the road. A late-opening Sainsbury’s a few minutes walk away. Portobello Road market only a few minutes walk away. Lovely terrace- would be perfect during the summer Found the key nest location very easily- as our flight arrived after 7 so we couldn’t be there for 3-5 check-in. With my daughter on Google maps we found the property quite easily and gained access , but there was no apartment number on the bunch of keys and tried ringing the owner several times but no answer so we had to knock on several doors before finding the apartment!. Also the heater wasn’t working in the bedroom and the sitting room but we didn’t mind as the one in the kitchen was working and this was sufficient for us
• Daniela (1/5): Bad - It was supposed to be a weekend trip with my parents. Unfortunately, my dad had an accident 2 weeks prior and needed a hip replacement. It was difficult to contact owner for a possible refund, even with the help of the lady from costumer service...nothing.
• Sabine (9/5): Superb - Very nice appartment. Perfect location in Notting Hill with public transfer , nice restaurants and shopping close by! The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished. We didn’t miss anything! The highlight is a nice balcony which was perfect as it was very hot during our stay in London. A special thank you to Joie the landlady who was very courteous and helpful! We will come back!

• Avril (10/5): Exceptional - For what we needed the property and location was ideal. As we're involved in different aspects of the Notting Hill carnival it suited us as we needed to be in various separate locations through out the week end.
• Rita (10/5): It was still a good stay due to the excellent location - Location was very central The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and quilt for said sofa bed had a questionable stain on it , our daughter cut her trip short due to the sleeping situation .

• Jacek (8/5): Very good - Very good location, in a peaceful and beatiful area. The apartment was clean, well equipped, we couldn’t hear noise from a street. Public communication (bus) is just few steps away. Elevator in the building is a good feature after long day of city visiting. There was missing key information about the apartment - flat number, but we got it from the owner quite quickly.

Kitchen contained everything you would need.the bed was very comfortable It would have been helpful to have a welcome book with WiFi codes and useful information about area .recommended restaurants and how to get around on public services.
