• Veronica (9/5): Appartamento comodo con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno piacevole - L'appartamento è comodo, ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno, la posizione è strategica, a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia il 15 minuti, ma nelle vicinanze ci sono anche molti mezzi di trasporto. I gestori sono gentili e ben organizzati. Solo due cose sono migliorabili, ma sono davvero delle minuzie: la luce in bagno è troppo tenue; bisognerebbe chiedere ai vicini di appartamento di non sbattere la porta.

• Isobel (8/5): So much to see and do, but also easy to do little - Quiet location but walking distance from interesting places . Barcelona is an amazing city, as are her people. We were surprised to be charged significantly more in Spanish tourist tax than your advertised rates! We took it up with the owners who advised us that your prices are out of date! But it’s you we rely on when we booked … so who is in the wrong here? Please advise Booking.com
• Susann (9/5): - La proximité immédiate de la station de métro, la mère accessible a pied. Quelques restaurants et boulangeries pas loin. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Literie ultra confortable. La télé ne fonctionne pas, et l'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé phoniquement mais ce n'est finalement pas si grave parce que le voisinage n'est pas bruyant.
• pipereau (1/5): - C’est une honte de louer un appartement dans cet état. Il était très sale, le sol noir pleine de poussière et de crasse qui date depuis un bon moment. Des poils et des cheveux dans les draps qui était complètement froissé. (Pas changé depuis les locataires d’avant) des taches visqueuses a côtés du lit sur le sol marron. Des poils dans le gobelet de la salle de bain avec une odeur d’égouts abominable. La douche non lavé il y avait encore des taches de gel douche ou autres sur les parois. De la poussière sur les chevets avec des cheveux bien sûr. Établissement très bruyant où on entend comme si que l’on vit dans la rue où comme ci que l’on vit avec les voisins. J’ai appeler la personne qui s’occupe de cet appartement pour refaire le ménage et il a osé me dire que il ne le faisait pas payer le ménage (80€) que j’ai demandé en plus le lendemain de notre arrivé. Il m’a confirmer que ça a été refait mais a par tirer les draps sans les changer et vider une poubelle c’est tout ce qu’il a fait. Pas une seule excuse de cette personne, très hautaine. Très déçue mon conjoint et moi même car il est pourtant bien noté, incompréhensible. Pas une capsule à café pas une petite bouteille d’eau, juste de la crasse, des poils et des cheveux avec les draps des anciens occupants. J’ai beaucoup d’autres photos mais l’on peu en mettre que 4. Et si j’aurai pu mettre la note de zéro je l’aurai fait. À fuir!!!!!!
• Maryna (9/5): Great apartment… if it was properly cleaned - The apartment is very conveniently located, just a few steps from the metro station. It has everything needed for a pleasant stay — all essential appliances, dishes, toiletries, a dishwasher and a washing machine, iron, etc. The heating works perfectly, which made the stay especially cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and despite other reviews mentioning noise, we didn’t experience any disturbances. The electronic door key system is also very convenient and worked perfectly for us. However, what really ruined our first evening was the cleanliness. There were black hairs all over the bed (not from the head), and the bedding did not look or feel clean — it was yellowish with visible stains. In addition, the drawer that is supposed to be used for guests’ clothes was filled with crumpled, dirty sheets. The second level (essentially a small structure above the bathroom, more decorative than functional) was extremely dusty, with what looked like months of accumulated dust. When we contacted the property on the first evening about these issues, the response was disappointing. The contact person seemed irritated by the call and didn’t really want to listen, although they did arrange for housekeeping the next morning. The cleaner came as agreed and replaced the bedding, which we appreciated — but by that point, the first impression had already been spoiled. It would also be a nice touch to provide basic items like sugar and a couple of coffee capsules for the first morning. Overall, the experience was good, but the property really needs to take cleanliness more seriously.
• Sándor (8/5): Nice apartment close to everything, wonderful host - Very stilish interior, confortable bed, good location: everthing is in walking distance. Safe area. My daughter left her toy in the apartment, and the host delivered to my place within a week. We really apreciate it. An unpleasent smell came from the bathroom, the soundproofing could be better.

• ilaria (6/5): Feedback per migliorare il soggiorno - La posizione dell'appartamento comoda. L'appartamento ha del potenziale, ma purtroppo il mio soggiorno è stato penalizzato da alcuni dettagli. La pulizia non era impeccabile (c'erano dei capelli sulle pareti della doccia) e il bollitore non era in condizioni tali da poter essere utilizzato. Inoltre, ho trovato il sistema di ingresso un po' macchinoso: le chiavi fornite aprono solo il primo portone, mentre per le altre due porte serve necessariamente il cellulare. È un sistema che può diventare complicato se si rientra a fine giornata con la batteria scarica. Con un po' più di attenzione alla manutenzione e alla praticità degli accessi, l'esperienza sarebbe stata sicuramente migliore.

• Jasmina (9/5): Superb - It is equiped with everything what you need. It is very clean. It is close to the beach and only 30 minutes walking distance to the city center. There are 2 metro stations on only a a few minutes from appartment.
• Josh-c (8/5): Very good experience overall but not quite great - The location was great and the apartment was great value for money overall, being very central with lots of bus/metro links nearby. It was spacious, modern, very clean and easy to access with the digital system, plus had very high speed Wi-Fi. This would've been a perfect review if not for the bed and pillows, unfortunately it was by far the worst bed I have ever slept in and both my partner and I had back and neck pain from the mattress, plus we only had 1 small pillow each when 2 would've been much better. We found the AC was a bit weak but it wasn't that warm when we stayed so no issues, but I wouldn't be so confident in it's ability to cool the apartment in the full summer heat.
• Flavia (9/5): The flat is comfortable for two persons and pretty warm during winter time (not so common in BCN) - The code to open the doors is very convenient. Especially when the guests are not always leaving and coming back at the same time, which was our case. You can easily hear noises from neighbor flats, to the point that it feels like someone is inside your flat. But that's not the owner's fault... more the building structure.
• Martin (8/5): Very good - Very conveniently located, 2 minutes from the metro station, a 20 minute walk from Gotik/El Born, 10 minute walk to Rambla de Poblenou. There’s a small supermarket just downstairs, and a Condis across the street. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. Like some reviews have mentioned: it’s noisy. You can hear the neighbours and at random times (sometimes every 5 minutes) there’s a loud buzzing sound. The drains are a tiny bit smelly. The TV has 5 channels only. The registration for the digital key is a bit annoying.

• Gonçalo (7/5): Good place to stay but missing some sound isolation. - Nice neighborhood; Metro station just around the corner; Nicely decorated; Good property manager The materials used for the walls felt cheap and we could hear the above + next door neighbors. We woke up in the middle of the night with noises. Even the house would make noises. So if you're very noise sensitive, be aware.
• Milos (9/5): Superb - Apartment is actually bigger than in the photos, everything was clean and comfortable, location is in walking distance from all attractions.
• Velislav (8/5): Very well - The location of the apartment is very good. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and is very close to the metro, which is a big plus. It had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The walls are very thin, and you can hear the neighbors. There was an issue with the internet, but the host responded quickly and called a team to fix it. One of our towels was dirty, and another smelled unpleasant. It would be great if there were 2-3 capsules for the coffee machine as a starter.
• Kotozajac (9/5): Well equipped appartment - I really liked this flat. It had everything we needed - kitchen with the dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, all the utencils, etc. There also was a washing machine, ironing facilities, two A/Cs, TV and safe for valuables. Good hot water pressure in the bathroom and bidet. The appartment is nicely decorated. Location is great, very close to the Metro station and the beach within walking distance. The bottle with washing detergent was empty and I was given only 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 days stay. A little bit dull lights in the flat and especially in the bathroom. Very noisy neigbourhood, it's impossible to sleep with opened window due to two busy bars on the street. Electronic key app was not working sometimes and crashing. Also this access system is not very reliable, in case if your phone is discharged or stolen. We were attacked by the army of moskitos so had to buy electric reppelent (this might be really provided by host too).

• Markirt (9/5): Superb - The location and the quick returns from the host were good. We walked everywhere. The house is spacious and airy. It was bad not being able to leave a suitcase, but we quickly found a place with the application following the host's suggestion. I also expected him to leave at least a few tea and coffee capsules.
