- Frank (4/5): Met wat meer liefde en aandacht heeft deze loft potentieel. - Loft is op een prima locatie, op loopafstand van de stad en dichtbij het Openbaar vervoer. Winkels / supermarkten ook allemaal dichtbij. Keuken en douche zijn in de basis erg goed. Loft heeft mooie lay-out Deze loft kan makkelijk een 5-sterren locatie zijn maar het is net niet allemaal top. Alles moet een keer echt goed worden schoongemaakt, al het beddengoed moet vervangen worden. De kachels werken niet goed, het vloerkleed en kleed op de bank moeten weggegooid worden. In de keuken ontbreken bijvoorbeeld glazen voor frisdrank. Had nu alleen zomer dekbedden terwijl de kachels het niet goed deden en het slecht weer was. In de badkamer zit roest en schimmel.
