• Claudia (8/5): Diese Wohnung ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Kopenhagen, wenn man es gleichseitig abends etwas ruhiger mö - Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und alles war sehr gut nutzbar. Es war alles gut!
• Mol (9/5): Verblijf in Hedehusene - Een heel ruim, schoon appartement. Prima bedden. Een fijn uitzicht op een rustige straat We misten een koffiezetapparaat. In de beschrijving staat dat je uitzicht hebt op een meer, maar dat is alleen vanuit één slaapkamer een heel klein beetje.
• Berry (10/5): perfect good stay, good sleep and rest. shops and restaurant close by. 20 min. from Copenhagen. - keys where in keybox next to the postal box. a mirror for dressing would be nice to have drain in the shower and toilet could be better cleaned.
• GOLDEN_BREAK (4/5): Good Apartment but improvements needed ! - Good location and good first impression. Lifts available. Security good. Very well equipped in terms of appliances. Quiet place and well lit. Located between Copenhagen and Roskilde and close to Hedehusene station. Good Supermarket close by and Parking convenient. Easy walk to main town centre. It was disappointing to find the bed linen was not in place, with only a mattress protector and no pillow cases on pillows and not all linen were in the closets, which was not helpful as stains were visible. Yes, Dennis did kindly allow us to arrive 30 minutes earlier but this should not be an excuse. We left 30 mins earlier. Shower Room excellent though drainage was blocked by a clogged sieve (not very hygienic!). Apartment though comfortably equipped, the basic consumables for customer use, such as dishwasher/washing machines tabs, were inadequate. The Kettle was heavily furred. Strongly recommend any future user to be well aware of the Damage Policy of upto DKK1500 which is applicable to this site. The Damage Policy refers to Booking.com T&C’s which specifically excludes Service Providers products and services (A4 2/3) !. We were confronted with two alleged damages, one of which was blatantly obvious to us and independently witnessed on our arrival viz a small dirt stain on the ceiling and damage to parts of an inner cupboard base which we had not used as we only used hangers during our short stay and had not taken notice of the inner cupboard bases. Thankfully, the claim was withdrawn. Bearing in mind the age and use of this property, it is most important to maintain a full record of the condition or demand a duly completed Owner Property Check list prior to arrival as there were several negative issues which we highlighted to Dennis. It's a shame because the apartment itself is very nice and we would normally have tolerated the shortcomings listed above but “Trust is key” to a successful business and the damage allegations were the last straw and hence the poor review. Sorry Dennis !
