Important Information
- The guest who checks in must be 25 years of age or older.
- It´s forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
- It´s mandatory to be respectful of neighbors. Therefore, all kinds of parties, loud music or noisy activities are strictly prohibited. Also, please make the minimum possible noise from 23:00 h to 10:00 h (If you arrive at the apartment at night, please be especially careful to speak quietly amd make very little noise when entering the building and taking the elevator to the apartment.)
- Prior to arrival, all guests must provide the host with all their passport or ID details, as well as their current residential address, mobile phone number and email address, and in the case of guests under 18 years of age, their kinship relationship with the rest of the guests. Likewise, upon arrival at the accommodations, all guests must complete the traveler entry form and, if necessary, show identification documents to the host. The reason why all this information is requested is due to mandatory regulations of the Spanish authorities.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and sending information at the time of the reservation request.
- We kindly ask guests to keep the property in good condition and cleanliness.
- Please do not leave the air conditioner on if you do not need it, or with the windows or doors open.
- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the umbrellas on the terrace closed when you leave the attic to avoid problems with the wind.
- It´s forbidden to handle the water heater. If necessary, the host must be notified in advance.
- Don't set my house on fire! It is forbidden to light candles.
- In case the barbecue is used, please leave it clean and unplugged.
- Check-in must be from 16:00h to 22:00h. In case it has to be done from 22:00h it must be requested in advance and the following charges will apply: from 22:00h to 24:00h 50 euros; from 24:00h 100 euros.
- Access to the accommodations is carried out autonomously by the guest using a smart lock and detailed instructions provided by the host.
- One of the bedrooms has direct access from the private terrace of the accommodations by going up some stairs.
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and sending information at the time of the reservation request.
- There is the possibility of a parking space in the same building at a price of 10 euros per day. The request for a place must be made at the time of reservation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Siobhan (10/5): Marvellous Marbella apartment. - Everything about this apartment was perfect.The location was excellent for proximity to a variety of wonderful restaurants as well as the beach. The terraces offered beautiful views of the old town. The host was extremely helpful and the apartment was beautifully appointed. Although there was a bar downstairs the apartment was very quiet. Absolutely loved my stay here. There wasn’t anything about this apartment which I didn’t like.

Ale to, co naprawdę nas zachwyciło, to jego położenie, w niewiarygodnie pięknym miejscu, z tarasem, który zapiera dech w piersiach. Idealne miejsce na relaks i podziwianie widoków. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

- John (10/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the Old Town and at the same time within a few minutes walk from the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very spacious and clean with everything we needed and more. We particularly enjoyed the very large terrace with a magnificent view of the OldTown. The owner was extremely helpful, providing clear instructions for the apartment and many suggestions of what to do and see in the area.

- HAUTECOEUR (10/5): Incroyable ! - Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par sa situation centrale, à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et transports en commun, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans avoir besoin de voiture. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux et décoré avec goût. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer nos repas en toute simplicité. La literie est de qualité, assurant des nuits reposantes. Le véritable atout de ce logement est sa grande terrasse. Nous avons pu y prendre nos repas, lire ou simplement nous détendre en profitant du calme environnant. C’est un véritable havre de paix en plein cœur de la ville. En résumé, cet appartement a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement à toute personne souhaitant allier confort, tranquillité et proximité des commodités.

- Sylvia (10/5): Great location, atmosphere, host. Close to everything. - Absolutely amazing apartment at the old town, the pictures don’t give it the justice. My 11 year old son loved his upstairs room. The view was fantastic, sitting at the patio in the evening and enjoying the hustle and bustle of the restaurants just outside the building. We loved the church bells! The apartment itself is quiet and there is everything that you need. Super close to the beach. Also, nothing better than enjoying your coffee while sunbathing on the patio and then a quick shower outside. And yes, it was private. Javier is an amazing host, follow his recommendations. The parking is actually fine. As an American, you need to practice your parking skills, but it is totally doable. And hey, you get parking! That is amazing.

- Michelle (9/5): Wonderful stay! - Great location in downtown Marbella few meters to the beach. Really well equipped, airy apartment. Nice patio balcony for breakfasts. Surrounded by good restaurants. It’s hard to get to by car. We just left our car in the garage and walked around.

There are bars and restaurants on your doorstep, but it is a wonderfully tranquil place to stay. The apartment is as stunning as the views from the terrace, and parking in the block was a real bonus. We were met by the lovely Javier who showed us around the apartment and even sent through some recommendations for local restaurants / attractions. Just brilliant! The apartment has parking in the block which is a real plus in the middle of old town - in fact there are 2 spaces! As with all underground parking in Spain, access is pretty tight though, so take care when manoeuvring!

The roof garden area is what really makes this property, it is a wonderful space with amazing views. The Apartment is very spacious we are a family of 5 with four adults and we had more than enough space for us all. Javier is a super host he helped us with any issue we had and most importantly he is very nice to deal with. The bed in the master bed room was very hard.

Spotlessly clean, great facilities and a door that left us all very secure whether inside or out! The host Javier is a super star - really helpful and 100% responsive to all our questions. Very close to the beach front and Orange Square but very private and quiet in this fabulous apartment. Excellent communication from Javier, we enjoyed a fabulous holiday and will be returning. Couldn't find any faults, very happy with our stay.
