Dominik (3/5): - Sehr modern eingerichtet und gute Lage. Die beiden Heizgeräte waren nicht ausreichend um das appartment ausreichend zu heizen, ausser man lässt diese 24/7 durchgehend laufen. Dadurch entsteht eine sehr trockene und unangenehme Luft. Die Spülmaschine war verschimmelt und ohne Funktion An der Wand hinter dem Sofa viel Schimmel.

Herbert (4/5): Gute Lage, schlechte Ausstattung - Lage in der Altstadt. Einbauküche OK. "Residenz" ist irreführend. Statt "Burgblick" wäre "Blick auf neuen Appartmentbau" treffender. Schlechte Ausstattung, ein Nachtkästchen fehlt, keine Nachttischlampen. Toilette zu klein, kann nur quersitzend benutzt werden. KeinKasten. Garagenplatzüberdachung erscheint baufällig, Platz sogar für meinen Toyota Verso zu klein. Zufahrt zum Parkplatz durch die Fussgängerzone und extrem eng und nicht leicht zu finden.
