Pocas nasho pobytu sa v apartmane liahli muchy, ked sme prisli na ubytovanie nas privitalo cca 50-100 much, ktorych sa nedalo zbavit. (Pridavam fotografiu). Klimatizacia tiekla a majitel pozadoval aby sme vymienali vedra na balkone, rovnako klimatizacia sa dala nastavit najmenej na 17 stupnov avsak mali sme pocit ze velmi slabucko fuka a nedokazala ochladit apartman na prijemnu teplotu tak, aby sme v noci vedeli spat. Kuchynu sme sice pocas pobytu nepouzivali ale po otvoreni suflikov bol zle umyty riad a celkovo cistota kuchyne nebola na dobrej urovni. Pri ubytovanie sme mali problem zo zamkom a dvere sa nedali otvorit (majitel nam pravdeodobne dal zly kod a bol dost arogantny so spravami ze system je primitivny, nasledne nam vygeneroval novy kod, ktory fungoval, teda bolo jasne ze chyba nebola v nas a zadavani kodu). Majitel nas po ukonceni pobytu poprosil v sprave o pozitivnu recenziu, na co sme mu odpovedali ze pozitivna z nasich skusenosti nebude. Okamzite spravanie otocil a nazval nas arogantnymi a obvinil nas ze sme poskodili/zlomili niekolko veci na ubytovani, co samozrejme nie je pravda. Poprosili sme ho teda nech nam posle co sme udajne poskodili a na to uz nereagoval.

- Ina (5/5): Passable - The apartment is ok, spacious, clean sheets, easy self check-in and clear instructions. There enough cookware and plates. Our stay in the apartment was generally okay, but a few things were missing, and we encountered some issues. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil would be helpful, as many guests choose an apartment specifically to cook. Also dishwashing detergent is a must. A kettle and a microwave oven would also be a useful addition. The cleanliness in the apartment can be improved.
Unfortunately, we had a problem with the electricity - when too many devices were connected, the power went out. We weren’t informed in advance that this could happen and had to go to the cellar ourselves to find the power meter. A heads-up about this would have been helpful, and ideally, the host should handle such situations. Other than this, the host was nice and ok.

- Justyna (1/5): Absolutely the worst stay of our lives – dirty apartment, unprofessional and aggressive host, and a traumatic experience - A nightmare, not a stay – the worst experience you could ever imagine!
Let’s start from the beginning: the apartment was simply dirty. Dust, stains, unwashed bedding, a filthy bathroom – it was obvious that no one had properly cleaned this place in a long time. That was the first red flag, but unfortunately, things only got worse from there.
Due to an unexpected situation, more guests checked into the apartment than initially stated. The next day, we explained everything to the host. At her request, we sent documents of the additional guests (including two small children) in order to adjust the reservation. We offered to pay an extra fee and asked her to specify the amount. She quoted an unreasonably high amount and, despite multiple requests, couldn’t explain where this figure came from. We spent the entire day trying to clarify the conditions of our stay and the exact payment required.
Instead of working things out, the host harassed us with messages full of threats and aggression, refusing to answer any of our questions. This completely ruined our day. She sent us a payment link despite no official changes being made to the reservation via Booking.com.
We agreed on a specific amount – but then she sent a different link with a higher charge, attempting to bypass the Booking platform by using a third-party website. Scam attempt? That’s exactly what it looked like.
The horror reached its peak in the evening – when we returned to collect our belongings and documents (including passports needed to book a new hotel), we discovered that the access code to the apartment had been changed. It was already 11:00 PM. We were left outside with TWO SMALL CHILDREN (aged 1 and 4) and no access to our things. The host stopped answering calls and messages.
In the end, we were forced to search for a new place to stay in the middle of the night.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. This person should not be allowed to rent out anything.
- Matilda (6/5): Lack of facilities and not a great cleaning - The location was ok, considering the fact that we had a car. The bed linens were clean. The lack of the facilities made our stay uncomfortable. A rental apartment must have some basics like cleaning products, a sponge, some papers. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the sink drained the water so slowly you could see all the dirtiness floating. No slippers. Only two soaps for three persons. Construction noise going on in the building.
