Monolocale pulito, tranquillo ed accogliente. Host gentile e disponibile. Il self check-in è un ulteriore vantaggio. Sempre a pochi passi disponibili ottimi supermercati che consentono di gestire i pasti in autonomia grazie alla presenza del microonde. Torneremo presto

Personalmente tornerei volentieri La struttura è un po’ piccola per 3 persone ma per quel che abbiamo fatto andava più che bene. 1 sola sedia e poco, se capita di cenare a casa una sera ti devi arrangiare Migliorando questi aspetti la struttura sarebbe da 10

The host was only a tex away 24 seven. I'd definitely stay again. Also within walking distance to the arena Nothing. It was all good.

Thanks for the fan as well as the tea and coffee. Only thing was probably more a lack of understanding is that the both beds were in the same room with not much room. But now I know I would stay again as it worked well for a short stay.

• John (5/5): If not for how close it is to the Stansted Express, we would not stay here. - Convenience to Tottenham Hale station for the train to the airport the next day. The property owner was responsive to messages including letting me know where to find electric adapters with USB outlets for my phone. One of the numbered buttons on the lockbox for the key didn’t press far enough to register so it took seven attempts (the last two with the tip of a pen) to get the code to work. Walking to the property from Seven Sisters station felt unsafe, having to pass a store that sells lots of liquor with some people hanging out in front. When we entered a man who was sexually aroused was walking down the stairs from the 2nd floor apartment following a woman who wanted to get away. My wife did not feel safe. The morning of our departure as we were packing we saw a fairly large insect crawling in one of the corners.
• Helen (10/5): Great place - Host was excellent, couldn’t be more helpful! Great little apartment as well, had everything you need! The ventilation in the building is pretty bad, there’s a takeaway shop downstairs so there was a constant smell of grease, it was really hard to air out the room

• Szymon (5/5): Small but ok for 1 adult or couple, advert is misleading - Good location 5min walk to Seven Sisters underground station - you can quickly get to city center and main attractions from there. Close to Tottenham Hale where you can get quick to Stansted Airport and other rail services. Cheap. Vicinity of many shops and takeaways. Clean. Good communication with owner. If you look for cheap accommodation for 1 adult or couple it's perfectly fine but be aware it's not super comfy and it's tiny room. Offer is very misleading, this is not 2 bedroom studio!! It's only 1 double bed and chair which converts to tiny bed not suitable for adults. Studio is not suitable for 3 adults, max 1 couple sleeping on the same bed or adult with kid. Also it's nowhere near 38m2, it's only very small room max 10-15m2! If I knew that I wouldn't book it. I would give it 6 or 7 if offer on booking was accurate. I was there during cold days and it was quite cold there as well, heating system is not great. Lack of heater in bathroom is a joke, inside bathroom was super cold and there was ton of water on the walls and everywhere
• Alexander (8/5): Very good - Good value for money. Very nice host. Only 5 mins walking from tube station Seven Sisters. There's not really anything major to complain about. Very basic apartment, rather small, bathroom is tiny. But for the price paid totally fine for one night. A bit you smell the fast food that is sold around (under) the place in the room.

Nice clean and modern room which is rarity in London. It has microwave and plenty space in the fridge ! 20 minutes to get to Euston station ! Nothing
• Artur (8/5): Really good room for a fair price - - convenient check-in (keys in the combination lock box). - good communication with the host. - two bottles of water in the fridge to start. - the bed was comfortable. - close to the seven sisters station (victoria line) and only 25 minutes to the city center from the apartment. - tesco supermarket nearby (5 minutes). - quiet neighborhood. - the neighbors love to play loud music at 3:30am every Saturday. - it is very hot inside, a fan would be useful. - sometimes you can smell fried chips / chicken (especially in the bathroom) from the kebab restaurant next door. - there was no TV / radio. - there was no salt and pepper and only a small knife. - very small sink in the bathroom. - no note in the room with the internet password. - the carpet in the living room could be refreshed. - towels should be double checked, I found some hair on them. - water in the shower sometimes became cold, but after less than a minute it was hot again.

• Orion (9/5): Perfect short stay, clean and safe. - Great communication, simple but had everything I needed and clean. Microwave and kitchenette so I could eat in. One small point was the slight smell of fried chicken with the window open. Did not bother me too much I knew it’s location (just made me hungry) but mentioning incase others are vegetarians.
