• Kachenoura (9/5): Great apartment just a far location from city centrer - We liked the apartment it was very clean and organized. It had all the accommodations we were looking for. The only issue was the location, it was a bit far from city center but other than that, everything was great.

• Sanketh (3/5): Poor - The host was very pleasant, unfortunately the stay was not good. There was dust everywhere. Provided bedding and towels were not clean. The upkeep of the property was not good, definitely would not recommend this stay. Washroom was not clean as well.
• Karen (8/5): Very good - We found a very friendly bar opposite the apartment, the owners were excellent & told us all sorts of information The actual apartment block was quite noisy, people slamming the main entrance door, apartment next doors window opened onto our patio, shower leaked all over bathroom, had to mop whole floor after every shower.
• Bárbara (5/5): Passable - The Landlord was really nice and he wait to give us the keys. The house amenities were good and it was a central location. The cleaning was really bad. All the house was with dust, the bathroom was not clean even the draws of the sink were dirty with hairs, fur and dust. The floor under the beds were full of dust, as the house wasn’t clean with an aspirator. The location despites being near of everything, is not a good area, dangerous and we don’t advice to stay, that’s why the house itself has 3 locks in the door.

• Yanalie (1/5): Bad - Location I was going to give this 5 stars, despite the fact that the flat is clearly an ongoing DIY project, using leftovers from building sites. However, on leaving, the owner tried to blame us for a crack in the bathroom sink. This was not us and we would like to warn anyone else staying here to take photos before moving in.

• Anthonie (9/5): Very nice apartment within walking distance of a cornerstore and close to the beautiful city center - About 30 minutes away from the city center with public transport, very nice interior. It is not a full sized 2-person bed, the neighbourhood itself is not amazing.

• Cris (1/5): Worst experience of my life- NOT Recommended - Nothing We booked the apartment for 4 nights and 3 hours before our flight took off we found out that the apartment is not available due to a leak at the bathroom! It wasn't the owner who announced us but a friend of ours who lives in Spain and was going to meet with the owner to take the keys; that's because we would land after 9 PM and the owner would charge 30 eur for late check in! At this point, the owner gave us 2 options( again, through our spanish friend, he never got in touch with us via booking.com): either contact booking.com by ourselves so that they find a solution or stay in the owner's 2nd apartment in Madrid! We chose the 2nd option as we were tight on the schedule but also because in our opinion it was the host who was supposed to contact booking.com to let them know the apartmemt is not ready, and not us! The apartment we stood in for 1 night was in very bad shape: the entrance door had a hole in it making the micro apartmemt be very cold!The wc was broken, the room was dirty, the garbage in the bathroom wasn't lifted.There was so much humidity that at midnight we booked a nearby hotel. The next day, we went to the apartment we were supposed to be checked in; the owner agreed to refund us for the first 2 nights however the overall state of the apartmemt was a very bad one: from the dusty floors and furniture to the cold in the living room and bathroom. The worse was the entrace door full of bags of debris that made it really hard to get in and out of the apartment for our entire stay! For 3 days we had to avoid the debris as the owner didn't come to pick it up! As a result, we also got a lot of complaints from the neighbours who knocked our door various times and asked us to remove the debris! It is something that I would never recommend, not the apartment itself but the owner!I can understand unexpected things can happen, such as a leak.
