• Martin (1/5): Close to stadium. House isn’t particularly clean. - How close it was to the stadium Where do I begin? First of all there was someone else already in the property when we turned up. The state of the kitchen was disgusting. There was a drawer with a used towel just shoved in it. A light fitting was stuck on with some sort of adhesive. One of the bedrooms didn’t even have a curtain. One of the bed sheets had an oil stain on it. The bath was that disgusting, you wouldn’t bathe an animal in it

• Jenny (9/5): It was handy for our short stay - The beds were super comfortable-best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time! Rooms were spacious. 2 shower rooms was handy to save time in the morning. Close to Tottenham spurs stadium which was perfect for our stay and had all the facilities needed for an easy stay. It’s not the most plush place to stay-air vents in the bathroom could do with a wee clean and couple of other minor areas needing some TLC but, if like us, you’re not too fussed about minor details it’s ok

• Steven (1/5): disappointing quality for the price - the beds we got were comfortable as one of the rooms was being used for storage, we were given less beds than we paid for. one shower was not working, and the other was in shambles. walls and floors were dirty, and the back garden was inaccessible. cold air was leaking in through multiple areas.
