• Sofia (8/5): Ci tornerei volentieri - La posizione è veramente centralissima, la stanza era molto particolare e bella,lo staff veramente cordiale.. siamo rimaste più del previsto al check out (a causa di un forte malessere) e sono stati molto comprensivi. Ci sono delle pecche tuttavia.. alcuni dettagli andrebbero curati di più e a mio parere la pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata.

• Giacomo Di Sarno (10/5): In pieno centro! - Posizione centralissima, in pieno centro storico. Stanza ristrutturata e arredata con gusto. Accessoriata: c'è il phon. Forse l'unica pecca, se così si può definire, il bagno che è davvero piccolo.

• Cecere (4/5): Esperienza deludente - In centro Il locale si presenta umido già dall’ingresso, con una sensazione costante di aria pesante e poco salubre. Il bagno è stato l’aspetto peggiore: forti odori persistenti, decisamente sgradevoli, che rendono difficile anche solo entrarci. La porta della doccia è arrugginita e molto stretta, dando un’idea generale di scarsa manutenzione e poca cura dei dettagli. Inoltre il locale non è per niente insonorizzato: si sentono chiaramente tutti i rumori provenienti dall’esterno, rendendo impossibile rilassarsi o riposare in tranquillità. Nel complesso, un’esperienza negativa sotto diversi punti di vista. Non lo consiglierei

• Ioanna (2/5): Disappointing stay – not recommended - Completely disappointing stay. The photos are misleading, as they show a clean, new and bright room, which was not the case at all. The accommodation was dusty everywhere — even the headboard of the bed had visible layers of dust. There were spider webs throughout the room. There was a strong smell of mold due to humidity; even our clothes absorbed this smell. The shower was extremely small, barely fitting one person, and when opening the sliding doors, there was extensive mold and rust inside. It was very unpleasant and made you feel uncomfortable touching anything. The air-conditioning unit was not strong enough to heat the room. We requested a space heater, but never received a proper response — only irrelevant messages regarding the water heater. I clearly explained that we had hot water, but not a warm room. There was also a radiator next to the bed that did not work at all, no matter what we tried. It is unacceptable to pay for accommodation in such conditions.

• Tarja (1/5): Moldy, damp room - not recommended. - I really cannot recommend this property to anyone. We could not stay at this property at all and had to leave immediately and check into another hotel. The room was moldy, dusty, cold, damp, and smelled of moisture. There was no proper window, and the room opened directly from the tourist street, making it extremely noisy. The room did not match the photos or the description in any meaningful way. Despite leaving immediately, no refund was provided for the four unused nights. Overall, a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

La struttura si trova sotto terra ed all’arrivo abbiamo trovato i gradini all’interno della struttura totalmente allagati!!! La struttura ha una doccia nella quale è quasi impossibile entrare ed un bagno altrettanto piccolo privo di bidet !!! A fare le veci del bidet c’è un doccino che non ha mai funzionato nonostante le molteplici chiamate ai gestori della struttura !!! Inoltre il bagno è privo di scopino !

• Carla (9/5): Camera particolare presso via dei tribunali - La camera era molto particolare rendendola unica. Le luci presenti all'interno della stanza erano davvero belle. La macchinetta del caffè funzionante con dell'ottimo caffè a disposizione. In bagno erano presenti asciugamani e anche del bagnoschiuma Il condizionatore faceva molto molto casino. Per quanto riguarda l'insonorizzazione era davvero scarsa, si sentiva letteralmente tutto ciò che accadeva all'esterno, soprattutto motorini. La camera non era molto pulita, c'era comunque polvere. Le ciabatte non erano presenti in camera

• Dave (6/5): - The host was very helpful and did it very well. The apartment located directly at a busy and very noisy street ’via’ scooters and motorcycles races true the street. The door hasn’t any kind of isolation, so we sleep very bad and restless.

• JULIETA (9/5): - El lugar es sorprendente, vivis la experiencia completa de la antigua Italia con todo el confort. La ubicacion es fantastica, es metros del centro historico. Vale la pena ir.
• MAGALI CARLA (7/5): - Está muy bien ubicado. Es un monoambiente bien equipado, el único inconveniente es que es un poco oscuro, no tiene una sola ventana. Por lo demás todo perfecto. No tiene ventilación y para llegar de noche es un poco complicado, podes llegar a confundirte de calle porque está sobre una callejuela ylas numeraciones son confusas, pero no es peligroso dado que la ubicación es perfecta.

• Hannah (6/5): Just ok. - Good location, communication from staff first class, someone met us to hand over the keys. Location good, BUT this is one of the noisiest places I have ever stayed. Bins being emptied at 1am, mopeds up and down the street all night, alarms going off for nearby shops and properties, people shouting. Cobwebs everywhere on ceiling, WiFi poor and tv incredibly slow, lighting impossible to operate, and the shower was very very small and broken, had to hold the shower head by hand.
• Marcel (6/5): Great, but loud! - Location Extremely noisy, basically like sleeping on the Via Dei Tribunali, the door has zero noise insulation. Only fine when using earplugs. Also it's rather damp inside . The shower is tiny, but sufficient.
• Isaac (6/5): Cool vibes but not much else - Cool vibes and central location The brick/stone walls and ceiling are constantly loosing small particles, so the floor and any surfaces are always dirty. The shower is the smallest I've been in and the door was rusty on the inside. The front door does not provide much sound insulation so you hear everything outside. It was damp with only windows in the front door to let fresh air in.
• Madeline (6/5): Great Location but Busy/Noisy Spot. - This was a very cool spot, right off the main strip and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. Due to the close proximity, it was very loud, sometimes sounding like people were inside the apartment while they walked by. The heat/cold pump only worked while the key was inserted in the wall, so on rainy days it was very cold, moist, and musty smelling when we entered. The staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. Offering alternative parking locations would be appreciated, the one suggested to us was full when we arrived and we had to drive around looking for a spot for quite some time, which meant we had to walk very far to the apartment.
