Patrick (6/5): Oui! Mais ...... - Le site, lá plage, lá piscine.bien situé, bord de mer, proche des restaurants et des sorties le soir. Pas besoin de voiture. Tout se fait a pied en toute sécurité. bar a la piscine proposant des petiscos. Pas de soucis de personnel !!! Ma petite fille était heureuse à la piscine Appartement propre mais basic.pas de petits déjeuners proposés. Faites vos courses avant. Matériel de cuisine basic. Pensez a vous équiper de bombe anti moustiques. C'est l'invasion. A mon avis ils rentrent par l'air conditionné. Donc vaporisez un maximum. Lit 2 places étroit. 2eme lit pour 1 personne. Chambre étroite. Logement pas récent et qui demande une réfection. Rapport qualité/prix : - Honnête pour l'endroit et l'établissement - Cher pour l'appartement et le service proposé Pour un weekend ça peut aller car beaucoup de demandes sur cumbuco

Nuestra estadía coincidió con el fin de semana y hubo fiesta en el centro hasta las 8 de la mañana, todos los dias. Como el apto. es en el 2do piso, y las casas son bajas, y el viento viene para el edificio, y estamos a 100m del centro, dormir fue un problema.....
Rocha (9/5): Teranquila - O condomínio é maravilhoso, na beira da praia, do jeito que eu gosto. O flat é aconchegante e a localização é privilegiada. Próximo ao Centro do Cumbuco e de locais turísticos. Eu não gostei do excesso de regras. Antes de entrar, não é possível nem mesmo conhecer a piscina que faz parte da área comum. Mesmo a anfitriã tendo me autorizado a entrar o pessoal da recepção barrou a minha enterada o que acabou gerando desconforto e estresse que poderia ter sido evitado.

After checkout: not possible to leave luggage at reception. - perfect location close to beaches and city The reception is unfriendly and does not cooperate. The room needs urgent renovation and cleaning. After 11h checkout it was not possible to leave luggage at the reception or the motorbike in the garage. Never again.

Simon (8/5): Ok - Location Place is tired, needs modernization, works. Parking was a problem for me as had a trailer, only one allocated space, frustrating, but they assured me everything was staff outside. One hour from fortulaza, umm not so sure.
Diego (9/5): good location and good value - really convenient location on the beach and a short walk to the town centre. They made you wear these crappy paper wristbands to identify who the guest were, but then didn’t accept the wrist band alone as proof you were staying there!!
