• Ching (8/5): Nice, clean and central stay - Its central location, only few steps away from the metro and not too far from the train station and Grand Place. The interior of the property also newly renovated. There is a spacious dining room to share and is equipped with full kitchen. The room and bathroom is very clean as well. The stairs are narrow and steep. If you have big suite cases will be rather difficult to get up and down, especially when you are allocated to the third and four levels.

• Karen (10/5): Great place to stay to explore Brussels for a couple of days - Great location, good communication, really liked the communal kitchen with a coffee machine and tea making facilities. Beds comfortable and the room was very quiet. Bathroom was outside the room but it was exclusive use and not really an issue.

• Maria (8/5): Very nice place, recommend it. - The property was amazing and comfortable. The kitchen had a lot and clean utensils. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was really nice and helped us when we needed. We didn’t have warm water at first, but the property owners were very quick to fix the problem, the morning after we had warm water to take our showers.

• Jooel (9/5): Superb - Very clean and perfect common kitchen(for three rooms). Walking distance to abt everything. All the rooms in different floor, very quiet. Big room. With couple of chairs in the room and pictures on the wall this would be quite exclusive accomodation.
• Marcus (3/5): No private bathroom. Unprofessional hosts. - Location was good The bathroom was not private. It's accessible to all guests. We immediately complained to the host, but they deflected. Other guests were using our bathroom, we even talked to them about it and they weren't informed that it was supposed to be private. The whole affair was handled extremely unprofessionally by the hosts. Also: the bed is rather small for two, ~130cm

• Anthony (8/5): Very good - The large room. Tasteful decor. The window above the door let in light every time another guest turned the stair light on. The mattress coils could be felt... quite uncomfortable. One more mattress-protector could fix this. The only bed blanket was polyester and made you sweat. There was no top sheet or alternative offered.
• Tsz (9/5): Beyond expectations!! Good and clean - Excellent location! Between Rogier and Kruidtuin, Carrefour Express nearby. Also lot of restaurants, pubs within 5 mins walk. And few mins walk to the stunning attraction Congress Column!! 15 mins walk to Central station. When I saw many reviews regarding the bathroom I was worried, but when I arrived it’s not that bad, just right next to my room No.3. Everything’s clean, kitchen well equipped. Love it. It would be great if they have fan in the room during summer. Also if other tenants speaking in downstairs balcony, u can hear everything they say. But overall is quiet and comfortable.

• Natalia (5/5): definitely far from expectations - The only good things were it's location (central and convenient) and the room itself - very clean, nice and cozy First what i would like to mention here is total misinformation by the owner - there is no photo of the steep staircase (however the owner refers to it in a private message in a way 'photo clearly shows this', and why do guests have to guess it, that's the question too), neither the advertising says anything about the elevator. Another point is that the bathroom is basically shared, not private, because you have to go out of the room. I stayed in a room #3 and if there was someone in room #4, we would have to share the bathroom. That's also not a pleasant thing. One more point is that the area itself is quite noisy - although the apartment is located on a 'quiet' street, you can clearly hear the music and the noisy street. If you also have neighbours at the time of staying there, that adds even more noise because the audibility there is very high! I had someone on the second floor and they were laughing and talking loudly till late. They've also spend time on the small terrace inside the building and all the sound went up, since the walls make kind of a well. All in all, that was my fault that i didn't read all the reviews before, so i could get an idea of what to expect. I wouldn't select this accommodation the next time for sure.
