• Reiß (5/5): Sehr sauber, aber laut und im Erdgeschoss. - War auf jeden Fall sehr hochwertig. Allerdings sehr laut und an einer Baustelle. Für diesen Preis sehr unangenehm. Haus war sehr hellhörig. Sehr hellhöriges Haus, Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss, so dass alle vorbeigehenden Passanten und auch jeder Bewohner, der nach oben ging deutlich zu hören war. Sehr teuer für eine wirklich schlechte Lage. Zu der Zeit auch noch eine Baustelle - aufgerissene Straße - vor der Tür, so dass das Parken auch anspruchsvoll war.

• Thierry (8/5): Pour notre famille de 4 personnes avec 100% de déplacement en train: le logement idéal! - Malgré la canicule, notre logement était bien frais. Situé près de la station de train Timbornstrasse, il permet de voyager très facilement en transports publics (5 minutes en train de Köln Hbf). Le quartier n'est pas exceptionnellement joli.
