• Ana Camila (1/5): Pésimo - La ubicación, lo único que me gustó Para empezar llegamos el viernes y habiendo pagado una reserva para tres, solo habían sábanas en la cama grande y dudo que las sábanas estuviesen limpias, tuvimos que utilizar el sofá-cama sin sábanas. Faltó también el juegos de toallas para la tercera persona. El plato ducha estaba atascado y lo sabían ya que en el baño había un desatascador a la vista. Dudo que el apartamento estuviera limpio ya que en el balcón dejaron una toalla sucia colgada en una silla. La almohada del sofá cama estaba sucia y tirada en el suelo del armario. El juego de sábanas que estaba puesto en la cama no era del tamaño del colchón ni de la almohada, ya que eran para una cama individual y la que hay es de matrimonio, si colocabas bien la almohada se salíade la funda... El horno sucio y la rejilla no se podía utilizar porque estaba completamente sucia. Lo peor es que habiendo avisado desde el día de la entrada y avisando durante todo el día siguiente no fueron capaces de traer ni sábanas ni toallas a pesar de que nos contestaron los mensajes el sábado por la tarde (perdimos toda la mañana esperando) y nos dijeron que no nos preocuparamos que saliéramos tranquilos que nos las dejaban dentro. Nunca vinieron. Eso si, a la hora de la salida si que fueron puntuales. A las 11 am exactamente tuvieron la poca vergüenza de tocar para avisar de la salida. La verdad que si vas sabiendo lo que hay pues pagas y ya vas preparado, pero las fotos no son de fiar. Otra cosa... dice el anuncio que hay artículos de aseo gratis y tampoco. La vajilla también deja mucho que desear, no está completa....y eso que el alojamiento es máximo para 3 personas. Muy pésimo todo menos la ubicación. NO TE FIES DE LAS FOTOS NI DE LA DESCRIPCIÓN. Y TAMPOCO TE FIES DE LA "PROPIETARIA" CHLOË, PORQUE ES UNA MENTIROSA, eso fue lo que nos demostró.

• Sara (1/5): Deplorable, me tuve que ir del apartamento - Una vergüenza como estaba el alojamiento, los muebles penosos, los cojines agujereados, las sábanas parecían que estaban usadas, la almohada de la cama tenía las marcas de que alguien había dormido ahí, además al abrir la cama había migas … no daba muy buena impresión y el sofá cama no te podías ni apoyar porque vencía.

• Remigijus (5/5): Wasn't worth the money - The check-in instructions were clear, but not provided upfront. No address information upfront. Local cab driver was unable to find the hotel. We had to walk to multiple locations with luggage to try and find it as address was not provided. Nor was a photo of the building exterior from which we could refer to. Unpleasant smell in the apartment.

• Ruby (4/5): Unhygienic. - The only thing positive about the property was the location, and the view from the balcony. Had in description that their was ‘aircon’ the aircon was a dusty fan… The way the first night I slept on dirty, food, blood covered sheets&pillows and didn’t reliase untill the next day. Requested new sheets and they was left in a carrier bag outside the door…. WiFi had to be ‘topped up’ so I had to use my 5G the whole time. The cutlery was all dirty with food still on and everytime I walked on the floor with bare feet they were black.

• biolanescu cristian (1/5): - Location The area is good, but the apartment is in a deplorable state. Cleanliness is completely lacking: dirty and sticky surfaces, dead cockroaches in the kitchen and numerous cockroach traps placed throughout the apartment. The shower door is broken and unstable, there is a real risk of it falling on you. Everything is old and needs urgent improvements, in its current form the apartment is absolutely uninhabitable. Discussion with the owner regarding the cleanliness issues did not lead to any solution, the only reaction being that we can leave if we do not like it.

• Laura (7/5): En general,bien. - La ubicación es muy buena. A 5 minutos andando de las playas y del siam park. Desde el balcón buenas vistas. Cama grande y cómoda. Si alquilas coche no es buena opción porque es muy difícil aparcar, sobre todo en las horas de la noche. No hay parking ni zonas de aparcamiento fáciles y cerca. Pero si no llevas coche,andando tienes todo super cerca y transporte público. Por otro lado se echó de menos el aire acondicionado. El menaje de cocina tuvimos que lavarlo todo, no estaba del todo bien lavado.

• Abdulrahman (4/5): It was great for location and only it you wanting somehere to sleep at night. - The location and the view were great, and the pool area was very nice. The property did not have air-conditioning and wasn’t very clean on arrival and the fan was broken. The sofa had load of big stains on it which was off putting.

• John (1/5): Very bad value for money - Its location It was poorly furnished with dated furniture not a confortable chair in the appartment or on balcopy. we were staying for 3 Weeks and there was no arrangements for change of towels or bed linen we were told on arrival it was self service ? It was adverticed with satalite TV and air conditioning but none, we even had to ask for a toaster. They left us a bottle of wine but no wine glasses 😂😂
• Cooper (10/5): Amazing! - Amazing view and amazing location, nice pool and kitchen in the room. Never saw the host but she was amazing with check in instructions and responding quickly about everything! We did have to buy a bit of extra toilet paper as we decided against bothering the host because she was pregnant, only costed a couple euros so no stress. Also the kitchen didn’t have any oil for cooking.

• Peter (10/5): Good self catering apartment - First time visiting tenerife and its a beautiful island - if you're looking for a place to stay self catering and affordable i couldn't really fault this - got everything you need in the apartment - supermarket on your doorstep , a 5 min walk to the beachfront , bars restaurants etc , and if your using the bus back to the airport its literally on the other side of the apartment.Owner very nice and such a delight to deal with.
