Menia (9/5): - Very nice view and convenient location. Simon is exceptionally responsive and willing to help with any matter. Very good heating. There could be some basic amenities, as well as coffee, sugar, a couple of bottles of water, or maybe tea. Also, the pillows were uncomfortable and the beds are small (someone taller than 180cm will face difficulty to suit).
Ruslan (9/5): Comfortable Place, Great Location, Outstanding Service - Our family have enjoyed our stay here over the Christmas holidays. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is excellent: set in a small village in the hills, yet conveniently close to larger towns, shopping areas, and many local attractions. We experienced a heating issue on the first night, but the management was exceptionally responsive and went above and beyond to resolve it quickly, compensate for the inconvenience, and ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. It was a good example of outstanding customer service.
