• Jana (8/5): Doporučuji. - Odpovídá fotkám, hezké, za dobrou cenu. Daleko od metra, ale dá se lehce využít grab, který je levný.

• Vincent (7/5): Wer an der Aussicht interessiert und nicht pingelig ist, kann hier günstigübernachten. - Das Zimmer war im 42. Stock wodurch man eine tolle Aussicht hatte. Der Pool auf dem Dach (25 RM pro Person) hatte ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft in einem recht abgenutzten Zustand. Ob kaputte Liegen am Pool, abgenutzter Badezimmerarmaturen oder nicht ganz sauberer Zimmer, es gibt definitiv Verbesserungspotenzial.

• Sarah (2/5): Nous étions pressée de sortir pour ne pas rester dans l’hôtel - Pas grand chose Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès le premier soir, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée n’était pas du tout à la hauteur. Elle était sale, il n’y avait pas de miroir, et au lieu d’un vrai lit double, il s’agissait de deux lits simples collés, ce qui était très inconfortable. Nous avons tout de même dû passer une nuit dans ces conditions avant de pouvoir changer de chambre. La deuxième chambre n’était pas mieux. Nous avons constaté la présence de plusieurs cafards chaque jour, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et ne permet pas de se sentir à l’aise ni de dormir sereinement. De plus, une forte odeur d’égout provenait de la salle de bain, ce qui rendait la situation encore plus désagréable. On n’avait aussi plus d’eau chaude les derniers jours. J’ai également tenté de contacter l’hôte sur WhatsApp afin d’expliquer la situation, mais je n’ai reçu aucune réponse à ce jour. Globalement, le niveau d’hygiène est inacceptable et nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en confiance pendant notre séjour. Ce n’est absolument pas le standing attendu.

• sofia (1/5): Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel après de longues heures de vol, très fatigués. En entrant dans la cham - Rien longues heures de vol, épuisés. Dès notre entrée dans la chambre, le choc a été immédiat : l’état de propreté était inacceptable. La chambre était sale, poussiéreuse, avec une forte odeur désagréable. Des insectes étaient présents derrière les toilettes, et celles-ci fuyaient déjà, rendant la salle de bain très difficilement utilisable. Nous avons immédiatement contacté le responsable, qui nous a proposé un changement de chambre. Malheureusement, la seconde chambre était encore pire et ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos affichées sur la plateforme. Nous y avons retrouvé un cafard, une machine à laver sale, un manque total d’entretien, de la poussière partout et une impression générale d’insalubrité. Les photos de l’établissement sont totalement trompeuses et ne reflètent en rien la réalité. Pour couronner le tout, la climatisation s’est mise à fuir après notre installation. Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème, on nous a fait attendre près de trois heures dans le hall, sous une chaleur étouffante. Je suis enceinte, et cette attente a été particulièrement difficile, inconfortable et totalement inappropriée. Pendant tout ce temps, nous avons attendu qu’un membre du personnel vienne simplement constater le problème, mais il y avait clairement une volonté de repousser ou d’éviter le déplacement. Face à ces conditions inacceptables, nous avons été contraints de quitter l’hôtel et de réserver un autre hébergement à nos frais. Lorsque nous avons demandé un remboursement pour les nuits non utilisées, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse claire malgré de nombreuses relances. Le service client a été totalement absent et non réactif. Autre point important : l’hôtel dispose de deux piscines, dont une payante, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué lors de la réservation. Enfin, lors de notre première réclamation, le personnel est venu inspecter la chambre en nous regardant avec méfiance, comme si nous inventions les problèmes, alors que l’état de la chambre parlait d

• Luke (1/5): BED BUGS!!!!!! - Nothing Stayed for 2 nights and on the second night woke up to bed bugs crawling on me. Had to sleep on the floor as it was 4am and then spend the whole next day getting all of my stuff cleaned. Contacted staff to say I wasn’t happy and would like a refund for my stay after having to sleep on the floor and pay for cleaning. Kept giving me different numbers to contact and every person I spoke to just gave me a different number. Don’t like leaving bad reviews so I said I would give them a chance to get property properly cleaned and refund me for the inconvenience and after a week of contacting different people couldn’t offer me anything at all. Just kept asking me why I didn’t tell when I checked in and they would have got me moved but I obviously didn’t know they was there when I checked in or I would’ve left straight away. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! To go along with bed bugs.

• Itxasnee (9/5): - La habitación está bien, es grande y tiene zona de cocina con microondas. La cama cómoda y el baño grande. La piscina está bien aunque es de pago. Hay otra gratuita pero sin vistas. El metro queda algo lejos, pero el grab es muy barato y te deja en recepción.

• Theodor (4/5): gut aber rückblickend für den preis eine traurige angelegenheit. mit auch nur ein bisschen liebe wäre das besser geworde - die aussicht war schön, die größe der wohnung und der grundriss. ebenfalls war die ausstattung wertig teils schimmelbildung im bad, meinetwegen, ist schwierig mit sandstein, td abschleifbar. für abflüsse haben abdeckungen gefehlt, wir mussten taschentücher dazwischenklemmen um 1. baden zu können ohne dass das wasser abläuft, und 2. nicht von kakerlaken „überrannt“ (zugespitzt) zu werden. da hätte man einfach 3 silikondinger haben können die das eindringen dieser tiere vermieden hätten. das bettlaken hatte einen großen fleck!!!! geht garnicht.

• Réka (6/5): - Responsive host. Nice pool and we felt safe because of the guards. Easy check in and check out. All in all good service. The door is quite thin, we could here everything from outside, even the AC unit which was loud during the night. The apartmant is nice but it is well maintained. For this money we expected a little bit better maintenance. The fan in living room and all the lights are connected so you cannot use the lights without the fan spinning at max speed.

• Ander (1/5): Insalubre - La piscina de la azotea (eso si, era de pago, no estaba incluido...) La insalubridad del alojamiento. Al llegar me encontré las sábanas muy sucias, y que el apartamento estaba repleto de cucarachas. El propietario mostró un desinterés y descortesía que rozaban el insulto, no me cambio las sábanas hasta el día siguiente por la tarde, tras insistirle con contundencia. Para las cucarachas vinieron a echar repelente que de poco sirvió. Y otro dato a destacar es que no hay agua caliente, por lo que olvidaros de usar la bañera (a no ser que queráis meteros en agua fría). La atención al cliente de Booking fue decepcionante, no me ayudaron en nada. Profundamente decepcionado, esto no me había pasado jamás, ni en el hostal más cutre de todos...

J’ai attendu plusieurs heures la clef de ma chambre (long séjour) sans que la femme ne vienne me voir ou cherche après la clef ! Aucun effort de sa part ! Cafards dans les chambres > remarque faite par message et aucune réponse du boss ! L’endroit est trop sécurisé, on ne peut pas monter dans les chambres sans la carte ce qui pose problème quand on est deux.

Tyvärr var det gardiner framför som inte gick att flytta åt sidan. ‼️Kackerlackor‼️ Bad om att få byta rum eftersom jag hade Kackerlackor i badrummet och köket! De kunde enbart erbjuda sämre rum eller rum utan utsikt som byte vilket jag vägrade eftersom jag betalat så mycket. Takpoolen kostar extra!! Man måste köpa biljetter för att vistas där! Ingen städning i rummen utan det måste man betala extra för. Man får inte ens vatten!! Hotellet ligger långt ifrån restauranger och caffeer. Rekommenderar ingen!

• Hasen❤️ (5/5): eher enttäuscht - Günstige Unterkunft Der Pool wird renoviert, das hätte wir wissen müssen, sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht. Die Suites sind OK. Es gibt, außer einem kleinen Shop mit dem Nötigsten, allerdings nichts in unmittelbarer Umgebung zum Essen oder einkaufen gehen.
