Breakfast was Asian, which seeing as they call themselves an "International Hotel" I found very disappointing, not even knives and forks to eat with. Now I know I'm in china and its what I should expect, but!!!!

• Sally Gro (8/5): Great value hotel in a quiet area - It is about 15 mins from the airport but there is a free shuttle bus. If you want a taxi, it should not cost more than about £6. The hotel is a bit out the way but that means it is quiet. the rooms were superbly comfortable and nice and warm. There is a kettle in the room with cups but no tea/coffee etc!

• mariia (10/5): Персонал работает качественно - Если вы залетаете на 1 ночь в Шанхай - это идеальный вариант! С аэропорта забирает бесплатный Shuttle bus, потом отвозит обратно . Кровать великолепная. Хороший матрас, подушки и одеяла. Из минусов. Негде покушать. Поэтому, рекомендую сделать это в аэропорту. В аэропорту Китая можно хорошо и недорого поесть. Нет кафе рядом с отелем

• Rita (6/5): - Персонал был на связи, помог с трансфером, связывались по wechat. Номер просторный, удобные кровати. Очень холодно в номере, кафе не работает, рядом совершенно ничего нет, только магазин при отеле. Не было чая, шампуня и тп. только зубная щётка и расческа.

• Li (10/5): - Because our flight on 5 November was cancelled by the June yao airline, we have to change the booking date for the hotel from 5 November to 7 November. However, when I sent the email via booking platform overseas in the morning on 5 November, in fact, the hotel didn't receive it. But when I was overseas, except email, it's very difficult to contact the hotel. Then when I came back on 6 November, I contacted the hotel, made a call, the hotel directed me to change the booking date via the booking platform. I changed it. And the hotel staff member very nice and kind to help me to modify the booking date. That's very helpful. And also the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Definitely we will recommend to others. Thank you, the staff members. Nothing to say.

• Kara (7/5): Good - The staff went above and beyond and booked me an uber and paid for it while I went into to town to cash some money to pay them back after they were so nice they also offer free transfer to and from hotel bare in mind that there’s no transfers during night so you’ll have to organise a DiDi lift it’s like uber make sure to download the app and add your card The only downside is the who hotel smelt like smoke EVERYONE SMOKES lol so not very ideal if your asthmatic like me

The transfer to the airport was very good. The WiFi was terrible, it is hard coming to China from outside where a lot of the Internet is restricted and this made it worse

The photos do not match the property. The hotel needs updating. Rooms did smell of smoke. Shower was not that clean and did not provide conditioner. The water temperature also was very finicky. Breakfast was mediocre. Also only one staff member present at the front desk and for any questions. Overall was a below average day.

• Wilson (3/5): Poor - Book this hotel because of the "pick-up from airport". Had to wait for an hour for the driver and had to carry our luggage up and down from the cabin. Driver refused to open the storage area of the bus for us. The headboards of the beds were smelly, and the toilet was dirty. I would avoid this hotel in Shanghai.
• Anne (6/5): Pleasant - Large room (though dated), nice breakfast and conveniently close to the airport. Kind staff. Definitely lacks some maintenance but still acceptable value for money. The property only lets you reserve the airport shuttle through a phone call after landing. That does not work so very well if you do not have a Chinese sim, so we had to use a taxi. Other than that there was a heavy smell of smoking, and people were smoking in all the public areas of the hotel (reception, halls, elevators, restaurant). The shuttle back to the airport was basically just a local bus stopping by at the hotel.

Carried all luggage inside the bus. Difficult and heavy. Facility not working well in the bathroom, almost not usable. Difficult to adjust water temperature. The water tap has very small flow rate.
