• Tom (10/5): Very comfortable and pleasant stay. - Most things about the apartment, exceptional location, great views and comfortable to stay in. It has a swimming pool on location but this was not available. We were not informed of this prior to our arrival or when booking the property. Very disappointing.

• Lucía (10/5): Apartamento limpio y cómodo - Nos encantó el apartamento. Estar en primera línea de playa fue súper cómodo: salíamos y en un minuto ya estábamos en la arena. El piso estaba muy limpio y cuidado, se notaba que lo mantienen bien. Todo funcionaba sin problemas y nos sentimos muy cómodos desde el primer día. La empresa que lo gestiona fue muy amable y siempre respondió rápido cuando teníamos alguna duda. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable. Nos quedamos con ganas de volver.

• Duncan (10/5): Fantastic apartment if available book it. - The location of the property is fantastic right by the beach and near a supermarket with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby also an ice cream store right outside. Communication from the host was brilliant before our stay and during our stay. Wifi was not that great, air conditioning only operates in the living room and not enough seating round the pool arear.

• Philip (5/5): Lovely is okay shame about the upkeep - Location very good Air-conditioning did not work properly had to buy fans water in bathroom turn on hot water cold came out turn on hot cold got them to repair it no children should be allowed in this apartment because of the hot water system they will burn themselves very poor shower cockroach in the bathroom if it wasn’t a good location, I would’ve left on the first day we stay there for 10 days damage furniture in bedroom drawers would not open drawers were broken doorhandles not working properly property needs a good service fridge dirty had to get them to clean it
• Chloe (4/5): Issue with damp and pealing plaster due to leak, however it was a lovely apartment and perfect location. - Property is a really good location in Benidorm if you want easy access to all bars, restaurants and activities. Apartment was really spacious and modern interior with a lovely view onto the beach. Arrived to complimentary drinks and snacks, contacts for the stay were very responsive and happy to help. When we arrived at the property there was water damage to the ceiling of the master bedroom and bathroom which had caused the ceiling to be damp and the paint cracking off onto the floor. The company phoned me after we landed in Alicante and informed me that the apartment above had a leak and water had come through the ceiling however this will be sorted. I contacted the company who sent a builder to repair the ceiling in the bedroom, he ended up plastering it and leaving which caused us discomfort during our stay as we were sleeping in a room with drying plaster and damp. Despite contacting the company several times the bedroom was left as this and the bathroom was not repaired during our stay, the plaster in the bathroom was flaking off the ceiling into the shower. The overall cleanliness of the apartment wasn’t great, there was a build up of dust and dirt around the edges of the floor, inside windows, cub boards and wardrobes. It appeared cleaners are coming in between stays to change the bedding ect but the apartment defiantly requires a deep clean. I even bought my own cleaning products from the shop at the start of the stay and did a clean to make us feel more at ease.

• Richard (10/5): Great apartment, great location, great views. - The location and rooms facilities were great. Key pick up was well explained through WhatsApp. Everything was as good as we expected. Had an issue with the shower and phone numbers kept going to answerphone saying offices were closed. I did get a call back within one hour however and the issue was then dealt with promptly. The process needs to be clearer, maybe a little booklet in the apartment with clear up to date emergency contact numbers. :) facilities need updating to include hairdryer as we took our own which limited our under seat bag space on airline. Sunbeds near the pool would have been amazing. Comments are for little improvements, absolutely nothing to moan about.
• Travel (3/5): Good view, bad service: expensive for a very low quality...is it really worth it? - The location is pretty excellent as everything is nearby, but unfortunately, this is not the only thing we, as travelers, are looking for when staying somewhere... From my personal experience, the quality of the service was very disappointing for such a high price. I asked for things that never came and that were supposed to be there before my arrival (including bed sheets and pillowcases), and the wifi kept lagging during the entirety of my stay, especially in the bedrooms, etc. I really thought that since it is quite an expensive-ish place, such things would be already present in the apartment...I mean it is the least someone could do prior to the arrival of their guests. In sum, my opinion is mitigated as I recommend this place for its amazing location and beautiful sight on the beach. But at the same time, it would be terrible for someone who stayed there to sweep under the rug the truth about the low quality of the services and thus not inform prospective clients about it. Will I personally come back to this apartment? Honestly, my answer is no because I prefer comfort and good service over a good view only.

Apartment was exactly like the pictures in fact way better The bathroom was a little dirty very unclean behind the toilet and the vanity unit and a few cockroaches appearing each night but the shower space and shower were amazing
