• Joseph (3/5): Good location but will not recommend it. - The Location was very good. The mattress needs replacement. It wasn't comfortable; the middle was hollow, and I could not get a good night's sleep. The floor was dusty, and there was no opener to open a bottle of wine; I had to go down to a nearby restaurant to get it open. The Hydromassage does not work apart from leaking water, which made the whole hydromassage messy and does not look hygienic at all. I had to pay the tenant extra euros to send me the key box code through WhatsApp, because I had a late arrival due to car rental problems. ( Usually, the information of the key code, to enter the premises, should be sent a day before arrival) The location is very good, but the flat was far from acceptable.

We didn't meet the hosts but they responded to our messages and were accommodating to our requirements. Overall a great stay Nothing to dislike

• Maria (4/5): - La cama era cómoda y la ubicación cerca del museo del vaticano La máquina de hidromasaje estaba rota, había olor a pis de gato en el pasillo, el día de llegada no nos dieron la habitación 20 min antes, nos hicieron esperar hasta en punto, aún estando ya lista a pesar de ser autocheck in. No habiendo pasado ni 10 min de haber llegado a la habitación tras el checkin, nos tocaron a la puerta reclamando el dinero en efectivo para impuestos y fotos de los DNI cuando las instrucciones decían claramente dejarlo en un buzón del pasillo y mandar las fotos por whasap. La estancia incluía desayuno por persona y día, nos dieron ticket para el primer día pero tuvimos que reclamar el segundo.
• ANTONIOS (1/5): - Δεν εμεινα εκει γιατι ο κυριος που ειναι ιδιοκτητης του καταλυματος ενω του ειιχα στελειι μηνυμα οτι θα αργήσω για check in εκτος οτι δεν μου απαντησε ποτε αν μπορω ή οχι, όταν εφτασα αργα εκεί δεν μπορουσα να κάνω check in και αναγκάστηκα 11 η ωρα το βράδυ να ψάχνω για αλλο ξενοδοχείο. Την αλλη μερα που πήγα πάλι μου έλεγε οτι δεν ηταν να κοιμηθω εκεί γιατιι ειχε ακυρωθεί η κράτηση. Εκτός των άλλων δεν βρίισκεις και που ακριβώς ειναι το κατάλυμα

• Angélique (7/5): - L'emplacement super, la chambre spacieuse, propre et calme L'odeur d'urine de chat dans le couloir avant d'accéder à la chambre et le petit déjeuner trop loin et juste un café et un croissant. Nous n'avons pas vu de proprio, ne répondent pas au message ni appel rapidement (4h après !!) La baignoire SPA nécessiterait un bon détartrage !!

• Hugo (5/5): Bien mais peut mieux faire - Les robinets étaient très propres et l’emplacement La chambre était très poussiéreuse et les poubelles étaient pleines de l’ancien locataire, sans nous demander ils se sont rendus dans la chambre pour effectuer du ménage ( chose qui était en surplus à départ selon les propriétaires).

Il signor Antonio è una persona molto cor - La stanza è accogliente e appena ristrutturata Il bagno è molto piccolo anche se i sanitari nuovi non erano funzionanti al 100 per cento (gli scarichi non defluivano bene, i sanitari erano molto attaccati, la doccia con sauna non poteva essere utilizzata se si utilizzava il phon o il bollitore perché saltava il contatore, la posizione del phon era molto scomodo posta troppo in alto). Nel corridoio si sentiva tanto caldo e del cattivo odore. Anche nella camera la temperatura era molto elevata.

Herudover var det IKKE et hotel, men snarere guesthouse. Jeg er enormt skuffet!!! Og vil ikke booke via denne hjemmeside mere, da det slet ik er troværdigt

• francisco (5/5): Estuvimos bien pero podría mejorar mucho - La cama era cómoda y el ruido muy poco. Ni era hotel no apartamento, es un piso turístico con 3 habitaciones diseñadas con mini cocina y mini frigorífico y mini fregadero, el baño con una cabina de hidromasaje y sauna que dudo que alguien la usa mas que para ducharse, limpieza diaria no la hay si no la pagas a parte y productos de aseo hay dos botellines del mismo gel de unos 5ml que da para una o dos duchas, el desayuno incluido no es más que un café y una pieza de bollería en un bar a parte a unos 100 metros del hotel, solo fuimos un día; el trato personal no existe el contacto es por wasaap; el televisor muy grande pero solo con canales Italianos, Netflix y Prime Vídeo, el resto de canales europeos no están sintonizados. El idioma español no existe solo italiano e Inglés.

• Edyta (10/5): Bardzo polecam - I rate my stay in the apartment very positively. Communication with Angela was excellent. The exact location of the apartment was clear. Upon arrival, Angela opened the gate for us by phone. We stayed for three nights. We were welcomed with a muffin and candy. After two days, we were surprised by the room being cleaned and a muffin and candy (cleaning is available for a fee). There were plenty of towels, though we didn't even use all of them. The apartment was clean, with a small stove, fridge, and kettle, along with dishes and utensils. The bathroom had a hydromassage shower – everything worked perfectly (except the water drained too slowly and sometimes stood in the shower tray). Breakfast vouchers were provided at a cafe 4 minutes from the apartment (one croissant or a sweet roll, plus a coffee of your choice). I highly recommend the apartment. It's located next to the Vatican Museum, close to the Vatican and the metro. We're very happy with our choice.

El principal atractivo del alojamiento es el hidromasaje pero le falta mucho mantenimiento a tal punto que solo se puede utilizar la ducha tradicional, además el hidromasaje y el lavamanos estaban tapados Asique se acumulaba mucha agua. El pago no incluía limpieza a la habitación, los administradores nos comunicaron por msj que a modo de “ regalo” ingresaron a limpiar, hubiese preferido que me preguntaran o al menos me avisaran previamente.

W tym małym pokoju byl mały zlew z małą kuchenka elektryczna ale nie bylo nic do mycia ani płynu ani gąbeczki .. Plus zimna woda, jak chciało sie wziąć prysznic to po 30 minutach leciała letnia woda. Sauny tez nie bylo. Wejście do budynku nie jest oznaczone ani opisane, bardzo ciężko było znaleźć. Brak recepcji. Ponad godzinę próbowaliśmy sie dostać do środka, bo Pani która tam sprzata chyba była zbyt pijana żeby to ogarnac. Byla nie sympatyczna, brak jakich kolwiek informacji .. Caly tydzień nie było sprzątane, w pokoju jaki i przed pokojem w głównym korytarzu okropnie śmierdziało, jakby cos zdechło..

• Juan (6/5): It's okay - Room was okay, the hydromassage is not hygienic and better not to use it, which is a pity cause it's the eye catching feature. We could leave our luggage before check in, which made our lives much easier! There were some bread and juice for us, that was a beautiful detail to highlight. The room didn't have a good/neutral smell. We felt a cigarette smell coming from the bathroom, which was very uncomfortable since we are a non smoker couple. The communication with the responsible person is not good/pleasant, although replies rather fast.

We could only use two devices at a time, or the electricity would be gone. Very creepy elevator. The owner lied, was very late to fix our problem, we had to wait for her and not experience the city. Couldn’t realy speak English.

Breakfast is just coffee and 1 croissant for which you need to go across 2 roads to a restaurant. The rest of the things like juice & sandwiches you need to pay & get 3. Need to take your bath wash & shampoo since they refill once in 3 days that 10 ml bottle which is sufficient for one day only! 4. We waited for nearly 45 minutes before we could get a response to get the keys to the apartment. Need to make sure the timing to check in, since nobody in the neighborhood knows about this Harmony B&B. Even the display is faded.

• Jaime (4/5): Bedroom in the Vatican. - I like the bed, it was comfortable. The location was fine. I don't like that we didn't know that it was a bedroom in an apartment, we thought that it was a Hotel. But the owner told me that we must pay tax, as if it was a hotel. We couldn't leave my luggage when we were to check out, when we rented a Hotel, we could save my luggage while we waited for the flight. The owner accessed my room when we left the room, he accessed the room to clean and left the breakfast card. We didn't like that stranger someone came into the room, we'd prefer that if the owner were to ask me. We felt that we lost my privacy. Breakfast was not a good option, because all time we only take a coffee and bread, in the hotel you could take fruit, juice or egg. The owner of the property never has a quick answer in the app, when I try to say that we arrived early. We thought that all things, he must write in the description. We cloud say that it was not a good option.
• Perez (10/5): Great B&B and Amazing Stay - Room was very nice! Very cozy and although my partner and I weren't looking for a "hydromassage sauna" we can say that the shower was pretty exceptional. The location was stunning and the room was great, provided kettle and mini fridge, and an LG TV with Netflix already provided. We believe it was the owners daughter who greeted us as we came in and she explained everything about the room and even offered tourist help even though we had our trip pre-planned. Very kind and friendly and an overall amazing stay.

• Monika (7/5): Room for improvements - The room was cozy and warm. Smart TV was perfect. Bed very comfortable, staff were nice. Overall, had good stay here but there is some issues with the bathroom to be fixed. The Hydromassage shower wasn't working at all, completely clogged up with limescale. Very disappointing. Toilet was leaking on the side. The breakfast was very poor. There wasn't many options. Dried out pastries and a small coffee. There was no bin provided in the room and the check out is way too early at 10 am.

• Svetlana (6/5): Pleasant - The only thing that was good is the location and the shower cabin - mind it's not a real sauna and jacuzzi just a shower with hydromassage and a hammam function The communication with the host is borderline rude, they haven't provided the instructions for check-in, and the flat is in the apartment building, you come downstairs and there is no ring or any indication for this "hotel". On the last day the light went off while we were taking shower, then after they switched it on the water was cold :( The blanket didn't have a blanket cover, and it's November!
• Dea (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect, just outside the Vatican. Very clean and comfortable room with all the necessary facilities. The host was very nice and pleasant.
• Dimitrios (8/5): Even if there is room for improvement, if you find it in the right price, don't hesitate to stay. - Location (3 minutes walk from Vatican museums, 10 minutes walk from the bus stop from/to Fiumicino airport, which for me is the easiest, more convenient and cheapest way to do it), very comfortable bed, big tv, streaming platforms, the hostess lives next door so it was very easy to find her whenever you needed something (salve, signora Angela!). Plumbing problems in the bathroom, no view from the window (at least in my room, number 3), with that kind of money the breakfast should be better and not just a coupon for a coffee and a croissant in a cafe nearby.

• William (8/5): The good and area for improvement. - I liked that it was right next to the Vactician, grocery stores near by. When we arrived, there was no sign informing of the hotel. No one there to greet us, no reception. There are two restaurants on the side, we had to go inside one of them just to make sure we had the correct address. The entrance to the hotel is a large metal door with glass next to the restaurant. We called the owner via the app phone number, thats how we gained entry, she buzzed us through the metal door, while on the phone she indicated to go the fourth floor. I would of liked for this information to be presented after booking so I could of been informed before hand. I informed the owner that the bathroom did not stop flushing, water kept on running not a lot but but water kept on running during my four night stay, they did not reply back.
