• Helena (8/5): Buen apartamento - Muy bonito y bien decorado, limpieza muy bien El sofá cama no es cómodo para pasar 2 noches. Falta luz natural y ventilación al fondo del apartamento

• Kevin (10/5): Wunderschön - Die Lage ist Top trotz ausfallender Metro Linie. Die Umgebung ist unglaublich schön, die Wohnung ist richtig schön aufgebaut in einen Japanischem Style. Es war alles da was man brauchte und mit den Preisen anderer verglichen definitiv mit das günstigste. 10 von 10 Alles perfekt!

• Olena (8/5): - Отличный ремонт. Идеальная чистота. Все необходимое для проживания и готовки. Очень хорошо оборудованная кухня.Приятные мелочи,которые делают комфортным пребывание ( и капсулы для стиральной и посудомоечной машин, и масло,соль, кофе ). Это очень приятно. Рядом остановка трамвая и можно доехать, куда угодно. Пешком 15 минут - и на пляже. Поблизости достаточно магазинов и кафе. Практически все отлично. Но.... Апартаменты имеют дверь и окно в одной плоскости. Проветрить нет никакой возможности. А с учётом того,что дверь и окно прямо на тротуар на улицу выходят,где ходят люди, ездят машины и ведутся строительные работы с отбойными молотками и укладкой асфальта, то о свежем воздухе приходилось только мечтать, окно приходилось всегда держать закрытым и зашторивать весь проем,чтобы не быть на обозрении у всех прохожих и строительных работников....это единственный,но очень существенный минус.

• Bernie (5/5): The apartment is in a vg location, has a nice Japanese vibe but it's unpleasantly smelly and damp - The apartment was damp and smelly. It smelled of mould. It was sickening. The bed was damp and only improved after we slept in it for a night and therefore removed the damp ourselves. The hosts put in a diffuser which helped mask the smell a little. Supposedly there was an air extraction system which they put on continuous mode but it made no difference. The only window was at the front of the apartment facing onto the street and we didn't feel confortable leaving it open when we were not in the apartment therefore each time we returned, we returned to the smell.
• Marilyn (10/5): Beautiful, well equipped apartment and reasonably priced - It was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. We had everything we could possibly need. Very comfortable and perfect for us. The only thing I would say is that the neighborhood that it’s in is not as nice as the neighborhoods closer to the main square. That didn’t really bother us since the metro was a short walk away and it made it easy for us to get around.
• Brian (9/5): Lovely. - Clean. Quiet. Good location. 20 minute walk to the beach. Public transport at the end of the road. Supermarket a couple of minutes away. Shower took a long time to produce hot water. Otherwise, perfect.

• Kelly (10/5): A great base to explore València! - The apartment was exactly as described with everything needed, available. The apartment was styled beautifully and all equipment was modern and functioned well. Location was perfect (busy but quiet with not a sound at night and right beside the Metro & a short walk to the beach) Nothing but if I to choose 1 thing (and this is very minor and if I were being petty) for a family stay for a week like ours, a few additional hooks on the walls to help with drying clothes would be useful.
• Nikolai (9/5): Nice design. Fully equipped. - Ground floor. High ceiling. Looks very good inside. Special design up to details. Open space. No internal doors except the bathroom. Very clean. Beds are fresh and comfortable. All equipment is new. One can even cook on electric stove. 2 TV and air-conditioning. Everything works. Hot water in shower. Quite inside: we did not hear any neighbours, few rare sounds from the street. A few minutes walk to metro. Quick reaction with the host. Clear instructions for self check-in Less windows. Only the big one from floor till ceiling.
• Karim (10/5): Lovely and Clean Apartment - The apartment is really well furnished. Makes you feel directly at home instead of at a rental. Parking can be a bit tough to find around. Although it’s free.
• Catherine (9/5): First trip to Valencia and this apartment was an excellent place to stay. - Really convenient location. Very close to the tram which connects to the integrated transport system meaning the beaches and the city are very easy to access. Owners sent the door code through on the day of our arrival and the accommodation felt very secure. Beautifully designed apartment. A cafetière and a colander in the kitchen would have been good.
• Pamela (8/5): Very good - - Check-in process and fantastic contact with the hostess! - Perfect location, - Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, - Comfortable bed. - There is humidity in the apartment - clothes are damp after the stay :( - The apartment is not comfortable for a long stay because it is very dark, - No one has ever told me how many dishwasher tablets are included in the price of the stay, - Cockroaches!!! :O
