En todo momento hubo información sobre el apartamento e interacción con el propietario, el cual esperó para dar las llaves personalmente. La incertidumbre que puede aparecer antes de un viaje desaparece gracias al trato humano y transparente. El apartamento es práctico, limpio y se situa en pleno centro. Gracias Eric.
• Ingrid (8/5): Eenvoudig maar met alles wat je nodig hebt midden in het oude centrum - Geweldige locatie midden in het oude centrum vlak naast de centrale markt en het OV maar eigenlijk is vrijwel alles lopend te doen. Wel centraal gelegen maar geen geluidsoverlast doordat het appartement in een steeg ligt. -
• Jodie (9/5): Soggiorno ottimo, struttura consigliata - Struttura posizionata in zona centrale e comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni, nonché vicina ai mezzi di trasporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. L’host è veramente molto gentile e disponibile. Caldamente consigliata!
• Juan Carlos (1/5): - Lo unico la cercanía con el centro de la ciudad . La panoramica de la viviwnda es un callejon abandonado. El cual da sensacion de agobio. La vivienda huele a desagüe, los colchones incomodos nada de detalles ni amor por complacer al cliente . Las camas de la litera mi compañero se levanto con dolor de cuello grave ,no hay somier adecuado para descansar, de igual forma en la de matrimonio los cogimes viejos e incomos el colchon para cambiar. Luego el baño poca presion ,mal olor. Las toallas parecen paños de cocina muy desgastadas y rugosas. Me parece q estas vivienda deberian de ser revisadas para q ubirs una buena relacion calidad con el precio q pagas ,y no sentirte engañado. Q el propietario ponga medidas y solvente esto para proximos clientes.

• Guillermo (9/5): Excelente - La ubicación era perfecta, pleno centro de Valencia. La recepción y el check out, inmejorables. El precio del apartamento completamente justificado. Las camas eran incómodas, así como las almohadas. Al ser un primer piso, entraba mucho ruido de la calle aún con las ventanas cerradas, y eso que por suerte el piso estaba en un callejón.
• Georgi (8/5): Perfect for Families - Amazing location, super clean, and a very friendly hosts - communication with Eric and Luis was flawless. The apartment is right in the center but very quiet at night. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Valencia! The property is a bit worn out, and instead of putting fake plants everywhere, I would invest in partial renovation. It was hilarious, that for 4 people for 5 days there were only two capsules of coffee left, so we could barely use the coffee machine, as we did not find such kind of coffee capsules in the stores around. The hot water comes from a gas heater, and after a 5 min shower you get a surprise of cold water, something must be not set up correctly.

• Laura (8/5): Muy buena ubicación - Excelente ubicación y excelente anfitrión. Eric nos recibió y muy atento. Piso cómodo para un par de días. La calle un poco oscura, y el piso tenía cosas a mejorar. El menaje y las toallas y almohadas por ejemplo, igual que el sofá.

• Francesca (10/5): Da ritornarci - Appartamento in centro, pulito, con tutti i servizi: ampio bagno con phon e shampoo d bagnoschiuma per gli ospiti, biancheria a disposizione, di fronte al mercato centrale. Eric ci ha accolto con tanta gentilezza. Ci torneremo il prossimo anno.

And close to the metro that goes to the airport. No extractor fan in the bathroom and therefore could get a bit smelly. I would suggest some air freshener.

The apartment is quite big and can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is fully fitted, perfect if you choose to cook for yourself. Cucina attrezzata di stoviglie per cucinare. Letti comodi. Bagno spazioso. Host superdisponibile. L'odore che sale dalla rete fognaria in alcune ore del giorno è molto forte (penso solo in estate). Si sente molto nel bagno e in tutta la via che è stretta.

• Teressa (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfectly located to visit Valencia. Walking distance from the main sites, and right next to the central market. It is very complete in it's offering, full kitchen, two bedrooms, all the necessities. It was also very clean! Eric, the host, was very kind to welcome us late at night. Though the apartment itself was very clean, we did find that the eiderdowns needed a wash. I did inform the host about this . The couch was quite uncomfortable and old. The mattress on the main bed was comfortable, but also felt old.
