• Veronika Charalambous (9/5): Comfy Staying in Beautiful Sevilla - We stayed for three nights in Sevilla. The apartment is in a very good location nearby the most important monuments of the city. It was modern and comfortable in a very secure area. It is very echnologically developed with 2 security doors and the door opens with an app. As an extra plus point it has parking space in a nearby road.

• Mariana (9/5): - Posizione perfetta, casa carina, accogliente, nuova con check in online comodissimo e app comoda per aprire e chiudere. Silenziosa nonostante a un passo da tutte le attrazioni di Siviglia. Tornerei sicuramente. Letto un po' piccolo, ma ammetto che io sono molto alta e manca di lavapiatti. Tutte sciocchezze ma sono consigli per renderla perfettissima!

• Marika (9/5): Appartamento nel cuore del centro di Siviglia, con tutte le comodità che ricerca una famiglia - La posizione, a solo 7 minuti dal Real Alcazar e tutto il centro storico. Poi l'appartamento era molto accogliente, anche per noi che abbiamo viaggiato con una bimba di 1 anno, era spazioso e pulito, con tutti i comfort necessario (lavatrice, microonde, cucina completa insomma). Ho apprezzato tantissimo che la stanza si potesse oscurare totalmente (all'estero non è cosa facile) e poi la comodità dei cuscini. Capisco che a Siviglia i giorni in cui le temperature vadano sotto i 10° si contino sulle dita di una mano, per cui se proprio devo trovare un difetto in questa casa era la mancanza del riscaldamento in bagno, che con temperature basse rendeva complicato fare la doccia. La seconda cosa è l'utilizzo della virtual key, che funziona solo se suoni, e nel nostro caso in cui magari uno dei due stava a casa con la bimba che dormiva risultava un po' fastidioso, ma niente che non fosse gestibile con dei rumori bianchi. Poi era necessaria usarla anche per uscire dal palazzo, al cancello fuori (ma per quello forse eravamo noi che non abbiamo mai trovato il pulsante per aprirlo internamente)

• Fernando (8/5): Buena opción pero limpieza mejorable - Lo mejor fue la ubicación del apartamento en pleno centro y con plaza de aparcamiento a menos de 10 minutos andando. El piso, además, contaba con todo lo necesario para desenvolverte en la vida normal. El piso estaba algo sucio. Echamos en falta una limpieza más profunda tras cada uso.

• Roberto T (9/5): - El apartamento, tenía todo lo necesario y era cómodo, espacioso y fresquito. Es difícil orientarse en las calles de la parte antigua si es la primera vez que se va.

• Gregor (9/5): Big clean apartment at the great location! - Great location near to the cathedral and city hall. Every thing is nearby. Big apartment, with everything you need. The couch bed was a bit uncomfortable - but that's expected :) The router for remote key turned off on the second day and we couldn't get in but the host was there in 10mins and fixed in 5 minds and it was all good! Happens :)
• Ihor (10/5): We stayed for three nights in this apartment. I liked everything very much, large rooms, everything you need to stay. I - Very convenient location in the centre of the old town. There are all the amenities.
• Nikolina (8/5): Very good - The location was really great. The self check-in was easy without any problems. The cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom needed a refresh, and there was a clogged drain in the shower full of hair, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival—or even for a long time before that. Along the edges of the walls, there was also hair. The sheet provided for making the extra bed was visibly washed and ironed, but it was covered in yellow, greasy stains that obviously hadn’t come out in the wash. I believe such sheets should never be offered to guests. We also own apartments, and we would never give something like that to a guest. In the kitchen, I found a few plates, spoons, and forks with dried food residue on them, which suggests that no one checked them before our arrival. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, but there were no paper towels, not enough clean dishcloths, and no dishwasher or dish rack. After washing dishes, I had to place them on the single dishcloth provided to drain. Overall, more attention should be given to cleanliness.
