Guest Reviews
- Zuzanna (10/5): Jeśli kiedykolwiek wrócimy do Rzymu to napewno do tego miejsca - Ogromny taras super widok z jacuzzi
Świetny pomocny gospodarz
Super wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki
Idealna lokalizacja piękna zielona okolica niewielu turystów
Blisko świetnej pizzeri świetnych restauracji i dobrze wyposażonych supermarketów Nie ma takiej rzeczy :)
- Dan (9/5): I would stay again - great apartment for the price. Lots of room. Huge terrace with jacuzzi made evenings great. Kitchen had all the neccessities. Location is also good, public transport stops tramway & bus a minutes walk from the house. And main sights within 15-25 minutes reach with public transport or 25-45 minutes walking. Terrace had some old broken furniture laying around if I was the owner I would just take them to thrash and the terrace would look cleaner. But its a minor thing.

- Emma (9/5): - Amazing property and lovely host would definitely stay again !! The elevator was broken so be prepared for the possibility of taking your luggage up 3 flights but other than that it was amazing!
- William (8/5): Fun but a little exhausting with the stairs and voltmeter problems - Close enough to the sites to walk far enough to not be surrounded by tourists The plumbing and electrical was janky and I could never get the hot tub to heat all the way up before tripping the voltmeter
- Andrea (1/5): we spent a weekend fighting with the landlord - Unfortunately the apartment was nothing like the photos, what the landlord called traces of use, I call broken and dirty all over. We asked for refund and to move out but had great trouble in the whole process and spent one weekend arguing, explaining and rearranging our stay in rome… big thanks to booking though for their support.

- Rachel (3/5): Don’t stay here unless there are no other options. - I liked the location. The terrace is lovely with a cool hammock. The manager was a nice man. The flat itself was alright, but nothing fancy. Where to begin?
1. The elevator was broken - which was not specified! If you can’t haul your bags up 4 flights, don’t book this. And it’s narrow at the top. This was a huge issue. If I knew this, I’d never would have booked it.
2. Hot tub didn’t work. Meaning, it didn’t heat up.
3. Don’t expect any extras! Bare minimum at best. (No Nespresso or coffee machine.)
4. WiFi didn’t work either and had to connect to manager’s wifi.

- Erika (10/5): Beautiful and relaxing scenery on the rooftop and great location to convienant food and transit. - The location was easy to public transit to Rome attractions and the train directly to the airport. It was a great neighborhood with some delicious restaurants very close. Much preferred staying here than trying to stay in the busy parts of Rome. The rooftop was fantastic for relaxing after a full day of walking and exploring. Host Angelo was so nice and accommodating The WiFi didn’t work when connected with our phones.
- Ella (10/5): - The terrace was incredible, bed was very comfy and the host was very kind and helpful with recommendations Wifi wasn't the best
- Alexandra (8/5): Very good -
- Louise (10/5): Exceptional -
- Muhammed (8/5): Very good - Jacuzzi Jacuzzi not working first
- Huw (9/5): Enjoyable weekend away - Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds, and good location.
Host was very friendly.
- Tina (8/5): Welcome Jacuzzi - The jacuzzi was a perfect end to a day of sightseeing and a welcome escape from midday sun. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I had back pain by the end of the stay.
- Ethan (3/5): Waited too long to get in and sweat like a dog with the stairs. - Staying on the 4th floor and having no elevator to bring luggage up.
- Liam (7/5): Good - Lovely host. The balcony/terrace was amazing. Complimentary bottle of wine was very welcome! The apartment needs a bit of an update on some facilities and would benefit from some investment. The A/C was only in the bedroom and wasn't the best. The lift was broken and the apartment is on the 3rd floor, approximately 100 steps so not good for anyone with limited mobility. The price per night did not reflect in the facilities. Not bad at all but not quite like the photos.
- Liza (9/5): Superb -
- Petr (9/5): apartment with nice terrace in very good location - apartment is very well located, close to tram that gets you quickly to the city centre. Heart of Trastevere with a lot of restaurants and bars is within walking distance. Supermarket is also very close. Angelo is very good host. Jacuzzi is very relaxing after a long day of walking around Rome. The apartment is not very big but perfectly fine for a couple of days. Also the lift was broken but we didnt mind the stairs
- Marina (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment very clean with amazing terrace and view. Living room is small but I was alone, so it’s no problem.
- Edita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (9/5): Thank you! Brilliant stay would come again. - Beautiful terrace, close to restaurants, Sunday market right outside -
- Michael (9/5): Truly enjoyed our stay. Will return. - The terrace was huge and well situated. It has lots of space to sit down in an uncrowded atmosphere and had another large area to eat outside (nice big glass table) and plenty of space around the jacuzzi and even more space not used.
I had to conduct some on line meetings and the wifi worked perfectly.
We thought the bed was excellent. The (galley) kitchen had a big refrigerator.
Although thinking this might be too outside of Rome in fact it was easy to get everywhere. Several bus lines run from the bottom of the street of the apartment. A direct line (one bus) brings you to the main train station.
- Davy (4/5): It is not up to safe standard. In any way. Booking.com have got a cheek to advertise it. - The owner was friendly and helpful. In need of renovation. Lift didn’t work. Its on 4th floor. Wrong address. Lots of other work needs doing. Do not take kids there.
- Sarah (1/5): Shocking apartment - Nothing, there was nothing to like about this apartment The address is incorrect as listed, although on the same road. The lift was out of order and we had to walk 4 floors with bags. On entering, the building is a health and safety hazard; cracked stairs, exposed electricals, peeling paint, shocking.
We entered the apartment and it is old, looks as in the pictures but definitely needs an upgrade. The sofa bed is on the landing, where the dining table also is. It wasn't made and we didn't find any sheets to make the bed - there were pillows and an old comforter in the cupboard.
A lot of stains on the verandah from the hot tub, which has now moved under a plastic gazebo, the roof of which was covered in mould.
We didn't stay and immediately put in a complaint to Booking.com. A complete rip off for 1 night, 3 people and 330 euros.
We went to the bottom of the road and found a magnificent 4 star hotel, Trilussa Palace Hotel, who charged us 250 for the night for 3 guests.
- Amy (9/5): Quiet and clean apartment with beautiful terrace and private hot tub - Beautiful terrace, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice and quiet residential area, €15 taxi to central Rome. Private hot tub, good wifi, lots to like. The host was very helpful and could be contacted throughout the stay. Living space is quite small and not suited to small children.
- Matt (10/5): Exceptional -
