Claire (10/5): Fabulous apartment in Downtown Miami - This apartment in Downtown Miami was fabulous. Really great location with so much on your doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery and a top spec microwave, oven, coffee machine and kettle. There was plenty of seating both in the apartment and on the balcony and we enjoyed great views of the city. The bed is super comfortable, and all bedding, towels etc are probided. The facilities in the building were 5*. A huge state-of-the-art gym, with everything you could ever wish for! The pool is beautiful, and not overcrowded, and get the sun for most of the day. Check in and check out was so easy and someone was always available on text, if there was anything we needed during our stay. Would not hesitate to book again. There is nothing we'd fault!

Brad (10/5): Perfect apartment in the perfect location. - Location was perfect. I attended WMC in Brickel and ultra music festival. Everything was walking distance. The gym was really good, and the pool was nice and relaxing. When asked for late check out this was sorted for me no problem.

Apartment war auf 40F bei Ankunft eingestellt, sehr kalt und ungemütlich, Küche minimal ausgestattet, für den Preis wäre ein Wasser im Zimmer schön gewesen wie Salz, Pfeffer und ein kleines Öl sollten dabei sein. Hotelpersonal teils sehr unfreundlich. Musik am Pool am Nachmittags-Abends sehr laut, nicht zum Entspannen und Arbeiten, eher für Party Stimmung, Die kosten für das hotel mit 39 € on Top-pro Tag sollten mit in der Gesamtsumme angezeigt werden.

Tim (10/5): Perfect location in a beautifully clean and modern apartment - Location was amazing! Apartment was modern and clean. My one and only minor issue was that it didn’t have heat. It was -2 Celsius overnight and got cold because there was no heat.

Benjamin (10/5): Excellent unit over all in a good location with great views. It looks just like it was advertised. - The front desk people didn't have information about our stay and it took an hour of calls and trying to be given our entry cards. The bathroom lights operate automatically by motion sensors when anyone enters. They are very bright and shine into the bedrooms to disturb peoiple sleeping there during the night. We covered the sensors so we could operate the lights manually, which was much better.

Hanna (1/5): Misleading details, additional costs, pressuring communication and very poor cleanliness made this stay unpleasant. - the apartment is well equipped, in a great location, and offers nice views from the balcony. We booked this apartment because of the high ratings and great pictures, even though it did not yet have many reviews. It is not a hotel room, but an individually owned apartment within a large hotel. The reason for the 1-star rating is the poor cleanliness and the hidden costs. When we booked the apartment, we already provided the required personal information. After that, the host repeatedly messaged us asking for the same details again and again (ID, names, passport etc), so we provided them again and again. Later, we were requested to make a payment, and because we were sightseeing in another city when we received the message, we did not respond immediately. About 7 minutes (!!!) later, we received another message from the host, saying our booking will be cancelled if we dont pay immediately. Check-in is very late (4pm). We arrived earlier and asked if we could leave our luggage at the storage room for an hour, but were told this was not possible unless we paid $100 per person for an early check-in. This lack of flexibility was disappointing, though not the biggest issue. Upon check-in, we were immediately required to pay $35 per person to use the pool and gym areas. We wanted to refuse, as we did not plan to use these facilities, but were told the fee was mandatory even if we never entered those areas. On the booking site, the pool is clearly shown as free (see attached picture), which is a straight up lie. Later we found this fee buried in the legal section, which felt very deceptive. The opening hours are also very inconvenient (around 8am–7pm), making it impossible to relax there after a day of sightseeing. When we entered the apartment, one of the pillows had a large, yellow, disgusting stain on it with a resin like thing stuck in it, with similar residue on the duvets (photos attached). We asked for clean replacements but did not receive them until the next day.
Ryan (9/5): Fantastic Apartment, Great Location and views. - Property was in a fantastic location, clean, great views. The pool was a nice spot to spend the afternoon as well with towels supplied and the pool was a nice temperature, not bitterly cold like other roof top pools we've been to. We were content with everything, no complaints.

Tanya (7/5): Expensive but very comfortable & spacious apartment with great views & location in upscale building - We loved the room and the location - so spacious and comfortable, nice sized bedrooms, very central location, lots of walkable areas and the metro mover right nearby, huge room balcony facing the ocean and the bayfront center, comfortable beds and quiet, 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, and very nice gym with lots of equipment and space for different workouts, beautiful pool with sun until 3 pm in December. The beds are comfortable, the place was clean, we had plenty of room to coexist as a family of 5 and you can't beat the views from the balcony. The room is very minimalist with some basics missing - no dishtowels, only 2 mismatched glasses, few kitchen tools, no lights in the main kitchen (strange), no dressers or luggage racks or hangers in the closets, no extra blankets, no mirrors except in bathrooms, and bedroom doors do not lock. Building issues are: No hotel services like luggage storage bc renting from 3rd party, not enough chairs ever at the pool but there's def room for more, elevators are really slow and busy, gym is always busy and equipment in high demand.

Verena (5/5): Leider nie mehr… das Foto stammt vom Schlafzimmer, aus meinem Bett - -Die Lage war gut -Wohnung an sich schön - Sauberkeit (Flecken auf dem Teppich, extrem staubig) -kein Hotel, es ist ein Airbnb - eine extra Reinigung ist sehr teuer -für den Pool und Fitness zahlt man zusätzlich 35 Dollar pro Tag (hätte man einfach auf den Festpreis machen können) -Spa kostet auch wieder zusätzlich -ganz schlimme und billige Kopfkissen -Baustelle direkt neben unserem Schlafzimmer (Mo-Sa ab 7.00 Uhr morgens Lärm) - das allerschlimmste war aber das Internet und die Aufzüge! Internet ist mehrmals komplett ausgefallen und auf die Aufzüge konntest auch mal 20 Minuten warten Also kurzum: von einem Appartement mit 5.000 Euro die Woche hätte ich wirklich mehr erwartet!
Robert (9/5): Wonderful appt with great views and very well equipped. You will be charged 35 usd per day for resort fee but that‘s ver - Location, View, Size, cleanliness, equipment, Pool! Elevators are really testing your nerves at peak times. It is such a huge building and the elevators are just not sufficcient. We ended up walking down the stairs from the 24th floor to the pool on the 9th floor on 2 consecutive days and we made sure to leave half an hour early from the room the day we had a Lyft car coming to pick us up, just to be sure.

Alexandra (8/5): - Exceptional view. There were not enough mirrors in the accommodation, and the cleaning service was not included. Be aware that there is a mandatory $35-per-night fee to access the additional facilities. I also wish the staff had been friendlier and more helpful. The sofa bed was not opened for the fifth guest, and we were only provided with one towel per person, which was insufficient for a four-night stay.

Nous n'avons qu'une hâte, revenir l'an prochain! - Appartement Magnifique avec une baie et un balcon offrant une vue Exceptionnelle sur Biscayne Bay et la Freedom Tower! Rien ne fait obstacle! C'est Waouh dès l'entrée! Appartement à la décoration contemporaine, impeccable et extrêmement confortable. Chaque couple a sa chambre, sa salle de bains/wc et son dressing. On ne se gène jamais. Chaque chambre offre également une vue magnifique, surtout la nuit, sur les immeubles de Downtown. L'équipement de la salle de séjour/repas est à l'image des chambres. L'accès à la piscine et aux salles de bien être et de sport, moyennant un petit supplément de 35$/jour, est un vrai plus. A noter, car c'est très appréciable. Lua et son équipe sont d'excellents professionnels. Ils ont toujours répondu rapidement à mes interrogations. Le plus souvent dans la 1/2 heure. L'un d'entre eux était présent à l'accueil pour notre enregistrement. Attention, le Wifi n'est offert que 5 jours. Nous sommes restés 7 nuits...donc nous ne pouvions plus nous connecter les 2 derniers jours. Pour info également, le service de bagagerie ne fonctionne que pour les clients de l'hôtel. Pas pour les clients en "location". A noter qu'il existe des services à proximité.

Karen (10/5): Outstanding in every way - The location was excellent, very close to Bayside with a terrific selection of bars and restaurants. The apartment was luxurious and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the spacious balcony both watching the sunrise and having a glass of wine in the evening. The pool and its facilities were outstanding. We would certainly book here again.

Richard Neil (7/5): Great room, great facilities. - Hosts have done a great job to help us enjoy our stay, the young lady that got us in and also attended an issue with the apartment was outstanding and very friendly. To much communication required, Airbnb listed on Booking.com. Very difficult to get keys, access etc.
LIRIO SAMANTTA (8/5): Perfect location. Close to a lot of attractions, but you can find some other place around there without paying that much - The location and the apartment were great You had to pay $35 for a night, so you can use the amenities And also you have to pay $90 for the parking space. Cleaning was not included. I had to pay another $200 for it.

Pia (10/5): I will definitely stay here again! - I went to Miami with my parents, and this room had everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was also great. I slept on the sofa bed in the living room, and it was surprisingly comfortable. The view of Miami's skyline was incredible and definitely one of my favorite parts, especially at night. The room also had a full kitchen, equipped with everything we needed to cook, which made it super convenient for us to prepare our breakfasts and dinners. Upon arrival, they were waiting to help us with the access, and everything went smoothly. The communication before our arrival was also well-organized, and they answered all my questions. The hotel itself is amazing—beautiful, with a fantastic location. There was a train station right on the corner, shops just a few meters away, and many tourist attractions nearby. The area felt very safe. The hotel pool was stunning, and I went there almost every morning. The gym was also huge, with all-new equipment. I will definitely stay here again.
