• Javier (9/5): - There is a restaurant in the lowest floor and the food of the restaurant smells a couple of hours during the morning. The entrance of the building is very dirty and old and it needs to be renovated. However, the apartment is very nice and comfortable. I would advice to change the windows for the isolation in winter and to improve the cleaning of the kitchen upper boxes. I would also advice to provide smaller pillows for sleeping.

• David (9/5): Superb - clean bright apartment excellent location well maintained very clean. Kitchen well equipped and everything very well thought out and presented. -Building itself needs work on the inside but doesn’t affect the unit. -No A/C… not an issue when I was there.
• George (10/5): Great value for money and clean! - The apartament is in a great location, close to the city center, there are also some shops and specialty coffeeshops nearby. It is modern and clean. Bit cold as there is no insulation on the windows.
