• Dan (8/5): - Very comfortable, nicely decorated apartment 15 mins walk to the old town and promenade. The beds in particular are good, and the little pool on the roof was nice. A big minus, which would be easy to fix, would be some shade like a sun umbrella (or two) on the terrace. It's a beautiful area, but unusable during the day as there is no shade whatsoever. Fortunately we had friends staying nearby with a pool, otherwise this would have been a big problem. Also to note that the pool cleaner wasn't working when we stayed, so after a couple of days the water was too dirty to use.

• Gillian (10/5): Delightful and up to my expectations. - The apartment was well designed and furnished for my comfortable stay. It had all the facilities I needed - a spacious kitchen well equipped, a comfortable lounge, and a delightful bathroom. The spacious roof terrace had lovely views to the mountains and sea, and the plunge pool was very welcome after my hot day. I liked the situation in the old village area of San Pedro, handy for the bakery and mini market and a spacious car park. Gabriella the owner was very helpful, answering my questions about the place and location - thank you.
• Maximus (1/5): Not fit for purpose...exaggerated rating.... - Nothing. Smell of damp mould throughout the apartment...We arrived at 4.30pm approx.and it was not ready with 2 girls trying to do best they could...First impressions were horrible......The electricial wiring did not comply with normal safety standard....wires exposed at the external door....Lights suspended with elecric cable ....Lights in shower room did not appear to be a safty srandard. No extractor fan over the hop just a hole in the ceiling. Shower rooms were tiny...the tiles on the floor were poorly laid.... The apartment was stuffy and we had to open all windows and doors to try and get rid of mouldy smell...we had to leave open all the time. My traveling friend was impacted by the mould fungi and his breathing became affected and he had to ourchaser an inhaler......and totaly ruined our stay and it is still effecting my friend. The bannister on stairs was dangerous because it was too small could not grip with hand. The fire extinguisier was on the ground floor. There was a gap under front door which would easily allow access for rodents. Marginal sea view from top of tereace. But no see view from the apartment... We were totally mislead by the rating of 10.....and this apartment should not be Booking .com and should be removed. I have been a customer of booking .com for about 10 yrs .This is my first seriious complaint . I am demandung a full refund only. From you as my booking co. Booking com should inspect this property so as to verify what i am saying .
• Graham (10/5): thoroughly enjoyable to stay with an apartment prepared with care and common sense - So thoughtfully arranged. Having the roof terrace enabled me to enjoy wonderful fresh air. The street adjacent had essentials with a local flavour. All round excellent. nothing
• Jon (10/5): Perfectly-located, beautiful and well appointed apartment with roof terrace and pool - Amazing sense of space and light, which floods in from every side. Excellent location in a very quiet village-y part of Marbella, just five minutes walk to the beach and five into the buzzing barrio of San Pedro de Alcántara… The apartment itself is large with 3 decent-size bedrooms and two bathrooms, but the big surprise was the enormous roof terrace with sun beds, splash pool and views to the sea and amazing inland mountains… Must also point out the thoughtful touches such as fresh coffee, milk and tea, while the owner clearly has a great eye for interiors in her choice of materials and colours. Anything but your average Marbella rental!
