• Tony (8/5): - We loved the location. Great views and right in the heart of old town where restaurants, bars, cafes and interesting shops were abundant. Also communication with the host was excellent. In addition the walkability to major historic attractions was a bonus. Due to it's obvious age the apartment needs a little TLC in some areas of which we believe the host is rectifying. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this spacious property.
• Michelle (6/5): Comfortable stay in a very central location. - The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The street noise which could be heard all hours of the night and early hours of the morning. Double glazing would definitely improve this.

À noite é um pouco barulhento, já que é caminho para muitos turistas.

• Andrea (10/5): Spacious and charming apartment in the historic centre - walking distance to everything. We loved it. - Great location in the historic centre - we walked everywhere - furthest was Trastevere and that only took 26mins. Lovely spacious apartment. Really receptive helpful staff. Close to restaurants so a bit of noise at night - to be expected when you are in the historic centre.

• Steffen (10/5): Preisleistungsverhältnis top für eine Hauptstadt. - Die Lage ist überragend, auch wenn ich nicht mit dem Geräuschpegel tagsüber gerechnet habe, hätte man aber drauf kommen können, dass es so nah an der Piazza Navona geschäftig ist. Die Kommunikation und Tipps war schnell, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Im Bad sollten kleinere Reparaturen durchgeführt werden und die Bettdecken waren auch etwas ungewöhnlich.

• Clodagh (10/5): Superb - The property was excellent—very comfortable and in a fantastic location, close to all the major historical sights of Rome. Although the building is old, it felt very safe and quiet. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Lea and Francesco were incredibly friendly and accommodating. On our last day, Francesco kindly looked after our luggage so we didn’t have to carry it around before our late flight. We would highly recommend this place!

• Guest (9/5): Buon soggiorno e ottima posizione - Ottima posizione a pochi passi da Piazza Navona, si raggiungono facilmente la maggior parte dei punti di interesse. L'appartamento è ampio e luminoso ed è pulito Il palazzo è un po' vecchio e buio, però una volta entrati nell'appartamento non ci sono problemi

• Scott (8/5): Nice stay in Rome. - The location was excellent. We walked everywhere we needed to be. The apartment was spacious and had nice windows to open when it wasn't too hot. The wifi was excellent as well The AC wasn't cool enough, at least for me, and after a while, it felt damp, humid. We had it set as low as it would go (19), and we were still sweating at night. Maybe it is an operator(me) issue... In saying this, it was a great stay, and the apartment was spacious and clean.

• Isabela (1/5): Bad - Location was great! Walking distance to all the main attractions. Only spoke with staff via message to organize check in. They were extremely rude - I thought it was language barrier but it does not justify how impolite and unprofessional they were. Check in was challenging with our suitcases and staff were quite inflexible - after a lot of negotiation, we could leave our bags 2 hours prior to check in time. Check out is at 10am and there is no possibility of leaving the luggage anywhere after that. The bathroom is old, with infiltration and mold everywhere. Bed is hard, not comfortable. The price is very high for what you get from this place.

• Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - What a perfect location to stay. Was on a busy lane with many shops, restaurants, coffee shops. We were able to walk to most of the main sights of Rome because of it location.

• Karen (7/5): Nice - Apartment was nicely decorated and had decent air conditioning The bed in the main bedroom was way too hard so I struggled to sleep. Shower cubicle was quite small and looked a bit tired. As the sofa bed in living room was set up for our daughter there was nowhere to sit when we came back in late afternoon

• Christos (10/5): Very nice and comfortable apartment with friendly owners. - The property was excellent, very comfortable and it is located at a very good location where you can find everything and very close to almost the more significant historical Rome sights. You can easily visit them on foot. Although the building is old, it is very safe and quiet. The apartment was nice and big with good equipment. Our host was very friendly and approachable. The only issue is that it had some noise in the morning from outside, but believe me since the apartment was at high floor, it was not actually a big problem. Don’t forget that you are on the historical center of the Rome.

• Page (8/5): Good location friendly owners and a nice break - The owners were very helpfull and friendly sorted out transport to and from the airport.for us The shower was a bit to small and sometimes at night you could hear the traffic and people talking and arguing at night.

• Merryll (7/5): Good - The apartment was spacious. The location was good. The bathroom. The shower curtain was so short that the water spilled everywhere. Also you have to segregate and throw your own garbage at the end of your stay. The bed in the living room was not comfortable at all.

The apartment really needs a washing machine and a microwave!!! The dishwasher was also broken. The apartment can also do with a refresh as the pictures are clearly old and the apartment has seen better days.

Check in process is easy enough (key is obtained via a lockbox) and - Excellent location on a notable street in the heart of Rome city. Clean and tidy. Friendly and responsive host. My only (very little) complaint is that the kitchen could use a microwave oven.
• Claire (9/5): Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Rome - Loved the spaciousness of this apartment and its great location. The dishwasher was broken. It looked a bit more rustic than the pictures but we actually liked that!
• Shaemus (10/5): Very nice apt. Will stay there again if I get a chance. - Fantastic location. Very clean and relaxing apartment. Good safety. We enjoyed our stay and the staff (Bahareh) was very helpful. I am a very tall and large man so the shower was a little cramped but not an issue.
• Marina (4/5): Disappointing - The location is amazing. 5min walk from Navona square,on a small, lovely street. The apartment was big, but uncomfortable. There weren't any curtains in the room. The floors and kitchen were dirty. The bathroom didn't have heating. Renovation is required.

Walking distance to all the major attractions (with two toddlers), pretty much everything was accessible to us, and apartment was a great base! Super easy and convinient check in and check out. I didn't have issues with the outside noise like i have seen in other reviews. Would definitely come back to it & recommend to others.

Apartment was clean and communication good with host via WhatsApp. There is an elevator. Pedestrian street, taxi rank within 100m. Plenty of local restaurants. The apartment needs a clothes airer/rack as washing when travelling is essential and there was nowhere to hang clothes to dry!

• Larson (9/5): Best place to stay in Rome if you're a tourist! - We loved the central location, the attendant who supported us with an unforseen issue with grace, the beds were comfortable, and most importantly, allowed us to engage fully with all the attraction and ambiance of Rome. We honestly didn't have a thing we didn't like about the apartment.
• Helen (10/5): We would certainly go back. The location is right in the heart of 'old Roma' close to major sights. - Loqman, the host, was most welcoming and attentive. Though we never actually met, we had prompt, helpful and friendly responses to all our WhatsApp messages and enquiries. Any minor concerns were reported and received quick and helpful replies. We didn't need to use the oven, but the installation is such that opening it fully might be frustrating for other guests

It was very convenient to many things we wanted to see while in Rome. The host was very attentive and accommodating. In fact, they bent over backwards to help us with directions, transportation and storing our luggage! The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but the views and location made up for it!

Kitchen is very small with minimal facilities but not to worry there are so many great restaurants around you won't need to be cooking. Would like to have had a washing machine available

• Sunelle (5/5): Disappointing - Very good location in beautiful neighbourhood. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the apartment. Be sure to check which apartment you book, as our apartment was much more worn and older than what it appears on the photos (we stayed in the one with the white couch). We also found dishes still drying by the kitchen sink upon arrival. The shower does not drain properly and the sleeper couch is very uncomfortable to sleep in. Equipment in kitchen is old and very basic. The host did however offer to send someone to clean again when this was raised with him.
