- Louis (4/5): Wir waren sehr enttäuscht da es sich um eine Kellerwohnung mit nur 1 Raum Tageslicht handelt - Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet Die Räume konnten nur mit künstlichem Licht erhellt werden, Die Fenster in den Schlaf- sowie Badezimmer waren Kellerschachtfenster die teilweise auch noch von oben zugestellt waren. Der einzige Raum mit Tageslicht, auch nur im vorderen Bereich, war das Wohn-Esszimmer. Es wird nicht angegeben das es sich hier um eine Kellerwohnung handelt. Lüften der Räume außer Wohnzimmer unmöglich. niedrige Raumhöhe. eine Woche Kellerwohnung für 1.475,-- € ist Wucher auch wenn sie noch so schön eingerichtet ist.
