Shei SP (10/5): Estancia de 10 - Está súper céntrico, en plena Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street (Una de las atracciones de la ciudad). La habitación fue fantástica, muy cómoda, limpia y espaciosa. El personal muy amable también. Muy cerca en Didi de la estación de tren principal para ir a Zhangjiajie que era nuestra próxima parada. Sin duda si volviéramos a Changsha nos volveríamos a quedar aquí.
Adam (10/5): - Very central, just by the old town, 15 minutes by walk to the castle, 50 meters from the Huangxing metro station, great breakfast, clean, polite and helpful staf. A bit difficult to find, the entrance is hidden at the back of the building. You need to look towards the top of the building to see the hotel's name.
Simone (9/5): Perfect place to stay for a few nights in Changsha - Perfect location, right in the center and just next to Huang Xing Square metro station (and a short walk from Wuyi Square) so it’s easy to travel around. Clean rooms and friendly service (with the help of translator apps). Reception is on the top floor so you walk in and get the lift straight to the top to check in. Nothing I didn’t like, but I’m glad I researched the location before arriving after reading other people’s reviews - I would have struggled to find it otherwise!

Gary (8/5): Good value for very 1st travel to Changsha . - Best location for traveling in Changsha. It is right in the middle of Huangxin square and very close to Metro entrance.
Warren (6/5): Overall ok. With experience, I will try other local hotel with better rates, and with similar offers - Breakfast is fine, not amazing. While location is great, it is hard to find It would be great to give simple but clear directional instructions to get to the hotel The lift lobby area could be cleaner to maintain a good image The rate is considered high for a local hotel chain. If the rate could be lower, it would have been a value for money hotel choice.
Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, right in the center near all the exciting stuff. The rooms were really nice and everything was very clean.
Li-chun (10/5): Nice facility with great service - Excellent service from the staff. Very impressive facilities. Location was very challenging to find. The hotel needs to have more detailed descriptions for the location. DiDi dropped us off at the wrong spot and it took us almost two hours to find it.
Liane (9/5): a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location is great, breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly - breakfast was tasty and healthy. The 2 aunties minding the breakfast buffet were warm and helpful. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. Ji Yao and her colleagues made us feel so welcome. They gave us an early check-in and even offered to help us do our laundry. The location of the sink outside the bathroom in the bedroom area. I would have preferred the sink to be inside the bathroom for privacy reasons when sharing room with a friend.
