• Tea (8/5): Pieni asunto keskustassa - Hyvällä paikalla keskustassa. Puhdas asunto. Asunnossa vain yksi nojatuoli (todella huono istua), vedenkeitin rikki. Mikro vaatekaapissa. Vähän astioita. Autolle vaikea löytää parkkipaikkaa.
• Zogoibi (8/5): Very nice appartment at a fair price, but I'd appreciate more transparency regarding the house rules - Very neat appartment in a great location. Clean, comfortable, lots of daylight, well insulated, quiet, easy access, dark blinds. Overall fair quality/price ratio. I would repeat, despite what I write in the "didn't like" section. Besides the narrow beds (80 cm), what I really did not feel comfortable with was the check-out to-do list, not mentioned in the property description on this website. Compare the "House rules" as per booking.com with the rules in the photo I attach (an email you get only AFTER having booked and paid for the appartment). Since the cleaning is included in the price, I do not fully see why guests should take care of emptying the refrigerator (not to mention, throwing out unused food is NOT sustainable), washing the dishes or, most of all, taking the garbage to the disposal collection point. Even accepting such policies, in my opinion they should be clearly stated in the "House rules" so that the guest knows, BEFORE booking, what they are expected to do before check-out. Transparency is all I'm asking for.
• Michelle (9/5): Siisti pieni yksiö hyvällä sijainnilla - Erinomainen sijainti. Avainten saanti ja palautus helppoa. Siistiä asunnossa. Hermot veinasi mennä yhdistelmäuunin kanssa. Mikroon oli ohjeet, mutta normi uunin käyttöön ei. Löytyi ne googlettamalla sit. Sängyt tosi kapeat. Televisio kaipaisi uudempaa mallia.

• THIERY (10/5): Séjour agréable, proche du centre ville et facile à trouver, indications claires. - La superficie, l’emplacement proche centre, il était cosy et bien équipé. Rien à signaler. On n’a pas trouvé où déposer les poubelles

• Susanne Orkunt (8/5): - Alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Durch die Lage in der Innenstadt war es nachts auch schon mal laut.

• Edwin (9/5): Heerlijk in het centrum, dichtbij het treinstation gelegen appartement in de Aleksanterinkatu. - De ligging, schoon, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het was er warm (maar het was ook een extreem warme zomer) en we konden het klimaat in de kamer niet regelen. Toen we een oplossing vroegen kregen we een ventilator.
• Minna (8/5): Keskeinen sijainti - Keskeinen sijainti (stockmann näkyy parvekkeelta), asunnossa kaikki, mitä asumiseen tarvitaan. Avainten nouto helppoa, nopeat vastaukset majoittajalta tarvittaessa ja mukava kun sai jättää myös matkatavarat hetkeksi säilöön ennen lähtöä. Ulkona oli kuuma, joten asunnossakin oli kuuma. Vaikka on uudehkon oloinen rakennus, ei asunnossa ole ilmastointia. Avuksi oli tuotu tuuletin, mistä kiitos, mutta se ei juuri auttanut. Parvekkeen oven saa onneksi auki, mutta asunnon keskeinen sijainti tarkoittaa sitä, että ulkoa tuleva meteli on melkoinen. Vieressä on rakennustyömaa, parvekkeen alla kokoontuvat ruokakuskit ja katua suhasi edestakaisin joku motoristi kaasu pohjassa. Yöllä oli korvatulpat tarpeen. Toki tämä ongelma poistunee viileämmillä ilmoilla, kun ovea ei tarvitse pitää auki. Asuntoon liittyvä ohjeistus ja erilaiset määräykset olivat pitkä kuin nälkävuosi. Aina ihmetyttää se, että itse pitää viedä roskat kun siivous kuitenkin kuuluu asunnon hintaan. Kahvinkeittimessä oli ohjeista huolimatta edellisen asukkaan käytetty suodatinpussi odottamassa.

• Riitta (8/5): Pieni, siisti, loistavalla sijainnilla oleva huone, jossa lyhyt keittöseinämä. - Loistava sijainti ja siisti asunto. Tarvittavat keittiötarvikkeet löytyivät. Ranskalainen parveke oli plussaa. Roskat pyydettiin lajittelemaan, mutta yhtään biojätepussia ei löytynyt. Asunnon perustarvikkeisiin kuului vain astianpesuaine, mitään alkuun pääsemiseksi ei olisi saanut jättää seuraaville.

• Sofi (8/5): Kompaktia city-asumista hyvillä varustuksilla - Sijainti loistava. Kompakti toimiva yksiö hyvillä varustuksilla.
• Vera (9/5): - Great location, very close to the main railway station, close to all the attractive, grocery shops and restaurants in the city center. Clean and modern small studio nicely equipped. Quiet room with the windows overlooking a pedestrian street, no traffic noise. The instructions for check-in and check-out were excessive. I wish the information provided by the property owners had been more concise and customer-friendly. The studio is on the 6th floor of an 8-floor building, but since there was only one elevator, the wait times of the elevator were often very long.

• Christin (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a perfect location, has the needed things and is very clean. Beds have been too small and too soft. Maybe cover are not the best material, towels could have been a bit bigger.
