• Berna (8/5): Overall we were very happy with our month stay. - Spacious and good location. Great views of city. Pictures were accurate. Apartment managers were very responsive and helpful. Having only one set of keys was a major inconvenience. Shower in master suite is in jacuzzi tub. It was difficult to prevent water escaping and pooling on floor. We kept a mop and pail in bathroom for cleanup.

• Katrin (3/5): I would consider a fair price for this apartment to be a maximum of €500 for 5 days, not €800. - There was plenty of space; the apartment itself is large. Based on the photos, the accommodation looked excellent, but the actual reality was a disappointment for our entire family. We traveled as a family of five: three children aged 11, 12, and 17, and two adults. Everything was old and in poor condition. The apartment was extremely cold. Heating only worked when the key was placed in the power slot, so when we left the apartment, the heating stopped completely. We had to buy a portable heater ourselves. The floors are tiled and ice-cold. The kitchen was old and dirty. The oven did not work, and the stove was also not functioning properly, so it was impossible to cook meals for the family. The location is very good, but the price–quality ratio is poor.”
• Yannick (5/5): Lage toll, aber ich würde sie nicht wieder mieten!! - Die Lage der Wohnung war super! Die Größe ebenfalls! Durch die sehr zentrale Lage, war es abends und nachts sehr sehr laut, leider konnte wir das vorab nicht nachvollziehen und mit kleinem Kind war das echt schwierig. Außerdem war sowohl vor dem Haus, als auch hinter dem Haus eine Baustelle, worüber es keine Infos gab!! Der Ofen war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden und es gab auch keine Kaffeemaschine - obwohl beide Dinge in der Ausstattung angegeben waren!!

(6/5): ruim appartement met redelijk goede bedden en voldoende voorzieningen, slechts in 1 slaapkamer airco - de locatie was goed maar een stinkende bouwput voor de deur en een nachtclub onder in het gebouw waardoor lawaai tot zes uur 's morgens, duidelijk te horen op de 8ste verdieping. toilet en badkamer 2; toilet ging de 1e dag kapot en douchen in bad ging moeizaam.
• Encarnitg (8/5): Comodidad y cercania - El apartamento es enorme, tanto el salón como los dormitorios son espectaculares, muy amplios y cómodos. Está ubicado al lado de una de las plazas más emblemáticas en pleno centro de Málaga. La cocina, aunque no la usamos es muy grande y bonita. Es un octavo piso por lo que tiene mucha luz y unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad. Hay un problema, para mi importante que hace que no le dé un 9. El baño del pasillo la puerta se atranca en el suelo, y hace un ruido insoportable al abrirla, y eso en el silencio de la noche molesta. Faltan bombillas en muchas partes de la casa, principalmente en el aseo del dormitorio principal, a pesar de estar separado de la zona de baño, no había luz por lo que había que dejar la puerta abierta. Sólo proporcionan un juego de llaves que cuando son cuatro personas no es nada cómodo y el portero automático no abre la puerta desde arriba, por lo que hay que bajar a abrir la puerta

• Irina (9/5): Alles was heel goed, locatie, faciliteiten en comfort. Niet alles werkte hoe het op de plaatjes stond. Oven werkte niet - Locatie was perfect Kleine lift , geen wijnglazen en weinig bestek

Szerintem a leghangosabb utca a környéken, reggel 7 óráig ordibálnak az utcán, ha az ablakot becsuktam, 32 fok lett a szobában, aludjon itt a tulajdonos! 1 szobában és a nappaliban van csak légkondi, de van két másik forró szoba. Csatornaszag a lakásban, nincs kv főző. Ahol ment a légkondi, ott a redőnyt nem lehet lehúzni, alvásra alkalmatlan.

• Mauro (9/5): Magnífico apartamento en muy buen lugar. - La amplitud de todas las habitaciones. Comodidad para desenvolverse en todos los ambientes. Buenos colchones. Sólo desayunabamos pero la cocina comedor resultó muy comoda. Excelente la ubicación del apartamento. Nos tocaron días de mucho calor. Tal vez un acondicionador de aire en la cocina resulte apropiado, pero es algo menor.

The apartment was incredibly spacious, large shared living room and kitchen areas, perfect for a family or group of friends. And to top it off - perfect location, minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended! Nothing!

• Eleonora (10/5): Central located big apartment with everything you need - Great location in the city center. It's easy to go almost everywhere you want on foot. There are 2 supermarkets 2 minutes away, so you can easily find what you need. The apartment is on the 8th floor with a great view and has an elevator. The space is well organized as the kitchen is a separate room, and you have 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with 2 big couches. The oven wasn't working, but there was a stove, microwave, and toaster, so we didn't need it at all. You need to be careful to turn on part of the electricity with a key so you can have hot water and WiFi.
