- Andrew (1/5): Disaster and they couldn't care less. No help at all. - Although my booking had been confirmed, they had no record of it when I arrived. They just shrugged their shoulders and said it was not on their computer system. They said it might be at their other hotel but did nothing to try to confirm it for me, and I had to jump in a taxi and go there. The 2nd hotel had no booking for me either. Frustrated I Ieft and found another hotel chain, Atour. This hotel had limited services but the rooms were excellent, staff excellent and included all your daily laundry in the room price.
