• PIETRO (6/5): Problemas sérios de limpeza. - Boa localização, quarto grande, duas camas, com estacionamento. Cheiro forte de mofo, muita poeira em tudo, restos de alimentos embaixo de móveis da cozinha, cheiro de urina no banheiro.

Lo primero fue que en la sección "Servicios incluidos" nos ponía; Vistas a jardín, vistas a un punto de interés y vistas a la ciudad, bueno pues lo único que se entreveía por las ventanas del apartamento era el parking del apartamento. Además, después de discutir con él sobre esto, él estando convencido de que le íbamos a poner una mala reseña, intentó como cancelar la reserva de Booking, diciendo que no nos habíamos presentado, quizá para que no puediésemos poner ninguna reseña.

• barrie (8/5): - We had a pleasant stay at the apartment however it could do with some additional touches such as a full length mirror. Parking was available which was a plus and we were pleasantly greeted. I would return if ever in Dubrovnik. No full length mirror and the remotes were not working. We stayed two nights and asked for assistance on the first night and it still had not been addressed when we departed. We had to resort to watching movies on our phones which was disappointing.

• Nadia (4/5): Sigue buscando..... aquí no duermas - Que tiene parking Viajo mucho y rara vez me he visto en una situación de tener que poner una reseña mala. Puede que me guste más un sitio o me guste menos pero en éste caso el tema de la limpieza ha sido.......pues básicamente inexistente. Puedo pasar por alto que las fotos de booking no se parecen demasiado a la realidad o que por lo menos son muy antiguas o retocadas. Puedo pasar por alto que se tenga que bajar (y después por supuesto subir) 400 y pico escaleras para llegar al centro. Son cosas que posiblemente mencionaría a modo informativo pero no bajaría mucho mi puntuación. Ahora, llegar a un apartamento con el suelo lleno de hojas, plásticos y polvo, el baño sucio y roto, azúcar blanco que parecía moreno del tiempo que llevaba ahí, media botella de leche en la nevera de a saber cuándo, cápsula de café vacía en la cafetera. Solo nos dejó 2 toallas para la ducha y le tuve que pedir 2 toallas pequeñas de cara que nos dió sin problema al día siguiente (las trajo su padre que fue muy majo las cosas como son). En fin.... creo que es la primera vez que digo que no repetiría un hotel/apartamento sin duda ninguna. Adjunto fotos para que veáis

• Gergely (10/5): A Night in Dubrovnik - Helpful and flexible host, we got every information in advance, so it was easy to find the place and park the car inside. The location is near the old town and despite the number of stairs it was quite easy to get back at night. For those who don't want to walk upwards 15 minutes, there are many taxis on the side of the fortress. But walking back was not a big deal even with 10-year-old kids. -

• Vinesha (10/5): Wonderful stay!! - Everything. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a few days. Functional kitchen, perfect location with a wonderful view. Free parking was the best thing about this apartment as driving in old town is unimaginable. The hosts father was such a nice person to talk to and was available for any questions as he lived right upstairs. Very comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out. Would highly recommend if you're ever in dubronvik!! Everything was great. Just need to be a bit careful as the door opens on to the street.

• Maria-christina (4/5): Very Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for Families - The room was spacious for 4 people Unfortunately, our stay at this property was quite disappointing, and I would not recommend it—particularly to families with young children. The most concerning issue was the host’s behaviour. After we checked out, he repeatedly messaged me on WhatsApp to complain that we had left the room “messy,” which was an exaggeration. I eventually had to block him due to the persistence of the messages. He also criticised us for moving the bed closer to the wall to prevent our children from falling—something we did purely for safety. More seriously, there was visible mould on the wall in the room, which is a significant health risk. When I brought this to the host’s attention and mentioned that my son has asthma, his response was simply “super,” which I found dismissive and inappropriate. This lack of professionalism seems to be a pattern, as other reviews also note sarcastic or aggressive responses when guests raise concerns. The room itself was not as advertised: • It’s essentially a converted garage directly on the main road. • There was no privacy—people constantly passed right outside the windows, which couldn’t be locked. • Because of this, we had to keep the blinds closed at all times, meaning we had no natural light and no view. • The air conditioning unit was too small and not effective. • There was no wardrobe, making it difficult to organise our belongings. Another misleading aspect is the listing photos. The first image gives the impression of an iconic view, but this depends entirely on which room you are given. Ours had no view at all, and due to the lack of privacy, we couldn’t even open the blinds. The location was also less than ideal: there are no nearby shops or restaurants, and the walk into town is difficult—especially with a stroller. The two options are either a long route along a main road with no pavements (which felt unsafe), or a steep stairway with hundreds of steps, which is simply not feasible for families with young children.

• Maria (10/5): The stay was amazing! - The apartment was clean and looked just like the photos. It’s close to the Old Town, but far enough away that you’re not disturbed by city noise. Just keep in mind that Dubrovnik is built on hills, so be prepared for some walking up and down! That said, access to the Old Town is extremely easy. The apartment is on a main street. While you might hear some street noise with the windows open, it’s completely quiet once you close them you can enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Parking is right in front of the apartment and super easy to access, which made everything even more convenient. The apartment is a good size: comfortable and not too small. Ivan was very welcoming and provided clear instructions for a smooth check-in and check-out. I would definitely recommend this accommodation! N/A

• Yibin (8/5): Nice apartment with a small “but”. - Location is great, walkable to the old town. Parking included, great saving from the exaggerating public parking cost. Beds are comfortable. The owner is cool and helpful. The kitchen is rather simple. Open cabinet, limited cookwares are provided. The stove has only one eye, and the ceramic surface is cracked, feels not very safe. There is no dish hanger to dry washed dishes. No heating in the bathroom, and the tap is broken (but still functional). Hot water nearly reaches its limit if four persons take shower in row. There is limited clothes hanger provided, you have to eventually make a compromise between coats or towels. I have the impression that this apartment is more adapted for summer booking, and for people who don’t cook too much.

Prompt and helpful host who communicated very well. No hassle in check in check out. Had a lovely time in Dubrovnik. Property opens right on to a small road, so expect some road noise. No shelf/wardrobe for clothes, not a big negative just a suggestion for improvement. TV signal was poor (again not a big negative as don't see TV much)

• Zoran (3/5): Extremely disappointing - never again!!! - Good location, close to the old city, some 15 min walk. There is a parking in front. These are supposed to be apartments with access to garden, so we expected at least a kitchen corner, not to mention a table to sit at for a breakfast. But there were only two little rooms and a small bathroom, nothing else. Only one room had air-conditioning (with close to 40 degrees outside...), the other room did not even have a window to open. There is no garden space to use and there is no view of the old city as shown on the pictures. But there are bedbugs, as a bonus that bit us in the nights making our stay unforgettable. We tried to talk about the conditions to the host, but he was extremely rude on the phone and hanged up on us after less than a minute and sent us a message that this what we booked and cannot complain, "end of conversation" were his last words... This is clearly not what we expecting and clearly not for the price we paid (some 220 eur per night). Never again!

Lack of basic provisions: no dish cloth or sufficient cutlery for 4 people. Cleanliness: washing up sponge was old and well used. Coffee machine has mould growing inside it and clearly hadn't been cleaned out in months.

The location is just uphill from Old Town - easily reachable in a 10 min downhill walk. Parking is also a blessing because no tourist in their right mind would drive in Dubrovnik

When open the door or window, it’s possible to hit people or car passing by. So we keep them shut at all times to have the privacy therefore no view from the room unless we walk across the street to parking

It is modern equipped with two king size beds, tv, air conditioning, microwave fully functional Kitchen with an induction and utensils. We had forgotten umbrellas but they had two and we could use it. The Host is very friendly and gave us tips to nearby supermarkets and recommended us to take the Uber back to the apartment as it costs 6,50 euros. I would recommend a full size mirror in the apartment exhaust in the Kitchen and washroom. If the host could keep some flyers suggesting visitors top attractions, excursions and restaurants.
• Daniel (10/5): You’ll love it! - Location, amenities and room comfort were all exceptional! The host was friendly and provided detailed instructions for arrival and entry to the property. Dubrovnik can get congested and street parking, almost, non-existent🤩…which is why we valued the secure, convenient parking spot, provided by the host. To Ivan and his family, they provide an outstanding accommodation and I recommend them as a 5 ⭐️ location 👏 All good 👍
• Chandrasekar (7/5): Cheap and comfortable stay - Property was close to centre (800m).Parking was available right in front of the property and is free.Owner and his dad were friendly and helpful.The property rent was cheaper when compared to other ones in Dubrovnik. Cleanliness in kitchen is a big miss.The pots and pans are scratched and looks worn out.They can improve on the cooktop and pots/pans.As there are no windows and exhaust,when you cook in the kitchen the room gets humid and damp.

• Jens (6/5): Wouldn't stay here again., Host was unfriendly and the pictures are misleading. - The room is newly reonvated. The photos on the profile page are misleading, most of the photos are of the penthouse and not the "Deluxe Studio" which is actually a converted garage. The "Wardrobe" is just a metak bar with some coathangers on it and the kitchenette is one hot plate, a kettle that has so much calcium in it and has been propoerly cleaned and you can choose to use the hot plate or the microwave, but not both at the same time because there is only one plug point. The pillows are flatter than a pancake and the front door literally opens up to the road, so you have no privacy, if you want privacy you need to close the shutters.
