• Kora (8/5): - Alles war vorhanden und das große Zimmer mit den drei Betten ist sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Ein bis zwei Sessel und eine Stehlampe wären schön. Die Wandstrahler geben kein gutes Licht und die Deckenbeleuchtung ist etwas grell.

I loved that it had a great parking place and that the place was very clean. The staff was friendly, explained everything and was in communication with me from the beginning.
• Ulf (10/5): Fantastischer Ausgangspunkt, um Würzburg ein paar Tage zu entdecken. - Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und einfach. Die Wohnung war in tadellosem Zustand für uns bereit. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Allein die Dusche und das große Doppelbett haben jeweils schon zehn Punkte verdient. Aber auch alles andere ist stimmig. Der Fernseher hat Zugang zu Mediatheken. Es gibt einen Toaster und sogar ein Radio. Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd und Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach - es wurde an alles gedacht. Als Tee-Trinker haben wir uns sehr über die große Teekanne mit Sieb gefreut. Die Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung und ist für zwei Personen riesig. Zwei Bäcker sind in jeweils 250 m Entfernung. Die Straßenbahn Linie vier ist ebenfalls in 200 m Entfernung zu erreichen. Auch Bushaltestelle-Linien sind in der Nähe. (Wir empfehlen die Nutzung der App FAIRTIQ, um superleicht immer das günstigste Ticket für Straßenbahn oder Bus zu nutzen. Sie ist kinderleicht zu installieren und einzurichten.) Für E-Auto-Fahrer: es gibt 40 m von der Wohnung entfernt zwei Ladesäulen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße und man schläft sehr ruhig, selbst bei gekippter Terrassentür.

• Eddy (9/5): Heel mooi en schoon éénkamerappartement met parkeerplaats. - Heel schoon appartement met parkeerplaats voor de deur en eigen terras. Fijne douche, goede bedden. Er is airco aanwezig, dat was heel fijn want tijdens ons verblijf was het 33 graden. Locatie was heel goed, in een rustige wijk op wandelafstand (2 km.) van de Altstadt. Het is een mooie wandeling langs de Main. Er lag informatie over Würzburg in het appartement (plattegrond, folders etc). De bediening van de vaatwasser was goed aangegeven. Ook de informatie over de dag van vertrek en het afval was volledig. De eetkamerstoelen vond ik niet lekker zitten, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

Muy cerca del tranvía que conecta en 10 minutos con el centro. Se podía usar la lavadora-secadora. Supermercado cerca.

• Kathy (8/5): Zweckmäßige, saubere, große Einzimmerwohnung mit sehr guter Bahnanbindung, PKW-Platz u. Terrasse. - Große Einraumwohnung mit Terrasse und einem Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr zweckmäßige, saubere Ausstattung, mit kuscheligen Handtüchern und einem großen Badezimmer. Eine riesige Dusche und einem kombinierten Wasch-/Trockner. Bequemes Bett, mit härteren Matratzen. Die Straßenbahn fährt (fußläufig) bis in die Innenstadt. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Für einen Kurztrip nach Würzburg perfekt geeignet. Das Deckenlicht in den Räumen ist sehr hell, aber es gibt dafür kleinere Leuchtalternativen. Wir schlafen gern bei offenem Fenster oder Balkontür, das ist jedoch (weil ebenerdig) nicht gut möglich, dafür ist die vorhandene Klimaanlage hilfreich, sonst wird es sehr warm im Raum.
