• Asen (10/5): - The perfect place to stay in the great location in Roma. In the middle of triangle Colosseo, Santa Maria Madliore. Close to Termini and metro Station Manzoni. The apartment is very big. Actually there are 4 rooms for sleeping. Well equipped. Two bathrooms and toilets. Clean and cozy. Just a real gem! The communication vas easy, fast, clear,with a big smile. I recommend this host and this apartment.

• Jędrzej (6/5): Dobre miejsce na krótki wypad i tylko do spania ale nie wróciłbym tu następnym razem - Dobra lokalizacja bardzo blisko koloseum i dobrze skomunikowana autobusami czy metrem. Duża liczba pokoi oraz wygodne łóżka. Bardzo słabe ciśnienie ciepłej wody, dopiero normalne w przypadku bardzo lodowatej. Momentami mocne wahania temperatury wody. Niestety ale to bardzo zaważyło na mojej ocenie obiektu. Dodatkowo bar pod oknami bywa głośny wieczorami ale jest to kwestia raczej znośna

• Alina (7/5): - Amplasarea, amabilitatea gazdei, promptitudinea. Camera în care am stat era foarte mică comparativ cu celelalte, patul ocupa 90% din suprafață, fără niciun spațiu de depozitare a hainelor( cuier, rafturi, umerașe).

Um dos banheiros estava entupindo quando tomávamos banho e faltou ar condicionado em dois quartos, isso foi um problema pelo calor

• Garrett (7/5): Great Value. Great Location. Could use minor improvements. - Location was excellent, great value, lots of beds. Each bed having their own towels and soap was excellent. The pillows. The pillows were uncomfortable. Also the shower drain in the smaller bathroom was slow.
• Mary (8/5): Very good - Very good location, clean and host was very nice and reachable! Highly recommend for a group of friends! A bit noisy during the night since there is no sound-proofing and the apartment is in a main road.
• Miguel (6/5): Just average . - The place is quite close to Coloseum and Santa Maria La Mayor. The windows are not sound proof and being a first floor it was very noise at night . You could hear quite a lot any motorbike or car passing by.

• Ana (9/5): Superb - The first time two years ago, my husband and I went with my daughter, her husband and three children. This second time, we were three couples. The only detail would be to put extra toilet paper and a bottle opener. One detail I forgot about the first time was that the place is very noisy at night as it is on a busy street. It is solved by playing some sound to sleep. The owner is super friendly. I recommend it. And don't forget that when you arrive you pay for your stay in cash or card. The city tax is separate in cash. 6 dollars per person per day. something that we had not contemplated when going abroad.
• Urosevic (9/5): Exceptional for an easy, comfortable and comfortable tour of Rome - The location is perfect, you can reach all the tourist sites on foot. It is clean and spacious, nicely decorated. Supermarkets, restaurants and pizza restaurants are close by. Small kitchen, no living room and no slippers
• Anastasiia (10/5): Unforgettable memories! - Very big apartment: 4 double beds and one single (4 rooms). Two bathrooms. Very comfortable for company. Kitchen is good equipped. Perfect location: 2 metro stations are close, bus stops for different directions. Vietnamese restaurant is in the same building (tasty). There are several supermarkets around. Host is very friendly and nice. Provided appropriate recommendations to improve our stay in Rome There is no place for smoking
• Dragos (8/5): Decent stay in busy Rome - * Apartment was very well positioned: Colosseum ~20 min walking, metro station 5 min, supermarket 5 min, private (paid) parking nearby; * There are some good options for dinner around; * It was clean and it seems like they do use a professional service provider to clean the laundry (no in-house obscure cleaning). Also there were enough towels (and slippers ;-)) for everyone; * Rooms were spacious and beds were reasonably comfortable; * 2 bathrooms with showers (useful for large groups); * There is someone at the entrance of the building during the day so your stuff in the room are in relatively safe; * Hosts are nice. We stayed there during Halloween and they left some candies for the kids. We also got some stuff to help us unblock for the evening after a long trip; * We could use a dishwasher machine. This proved to be really useful in the past when you just have breakfast, put the dishes there and get on with your day. Tourists will stay anyway most of the day anyway so id doesn't have to be a large/expensive one; * Kitchen furniture is kind of falling off. I am pretty sure Ikea can offer good choices of furniture that can be amortized in less than couple of months; * Some plugs are not working. Also, they're the Italian version - your device may not work (ex: laptop charger). It wouldn't hurt to install the combo ones (like the one they have in the bathroom); * Payment in cash. Rome/Italy/World is full of pickpockets and it is kind of stressful to walk around with any amount of cash - not to mention the payment for the place you're going to sleep tonight; * The apartment is facing a busy street. Be prepared to get some nasty noises. It was bad in the first morning but we got used to it (also, sleeping ear plugs are helping);

• Charise (9/5): Great place to stay. Great location. Lots of details covered. - It was clean and updated. Had some groceries. Personal check in. Has air conditioning. It was weird a strange man was in our apartment in the morning picking up laundry it appeared. Scared my daughter. He was fine, in and out. Suggest he rings the bell so it is not a surprise.

• Leigh-ann (10/5): Excellent value - Large sunny rooms. Very clean. Snacks,water,coffee,sugar, etc provided. I was surprised to find that there was really no street noise with the windows closed (and I come from a place where I live on a lake in the bush). Host met us at check in and provided us with information on near by restaurants and sights. Easy to walk everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants and grocery stores right down the street. Small kitchen but we made it work with 8 of us.
