• Dipak (10/5): Best apartment in Florence. - The owner Anna Maria is very nice, helpful, and couteous. She not only welcomed us with a big bottles of wine and water, but made sure that we were comfortable and all our needs were met. She responded to our requests and questions quickly. There was nothing to be disliked. The apartment is huge with private garden and easy access to public transportation and old town Florence

• Francisco (10/5): Lugar amplio y tranquilo en Florencia - El apartamento es muy amplio, estuvimos seis personas muy cómodamente. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. Cerca del tranvía que te deja en el centro de Florencia en muy pocos minutos. La información siempre fue correcta. Quedamos muy satisfechos. Muchas gracias Todo estuvo perfecto
• alexandra (7/5): Correct mais déçu au vu des précédents avis - L'emplacement, la grandeur de l 'appartement, la place de parking, les rangements dans l'appartement, le jardin, Le bruit : l appartement est mal insonorisé, bruit des voitures mais surtout les voisins qu'on a l impression d'avoir dans la chambre, ainsi que le bruit de la porte d'ascenseur qui claque, car elle se situe a côté de la porte d entrée et celle du hall est pire c est horrible. Vraiment dur de s endormir et du coup réveillé très tot le matin. Nous sommes arrivés le lundi, et j'ai signalé que la télévision ne marchait pas (avec 3 enfants c etait souhaitable d en avoir une), et la personne n'est passée que le jeudi soir pour nous dire qu'elle ne fonctionnait plus qu'il fallait la changer, donc pas tres réactive. De plus dans la salle de bain avec la douche, impossible de régler la hauteur du pomeau car il etait cassé, de plus il fallait mettre l eau doucement sinon elle ne s évacuait pas assez vite et l'eau montait. J ai aussi demandé pour allumer le chauffage de la salle de bain mais le collectif est coupé au 1er avril, mais un petit souffleur aurait ete appréciable car le chauffage des climatisations ne va pas dans la salle de bain, et a cette période il fait encore frais le soir. Côté literie, le matelas de l une des deux chambres etait tres enfoncé, il devait etre vieux, et il serait judiciable de le changer.

• Gianluca (8/5): Una base perfetta per scoprire la bellezza di Firenze - Appartamento confortevole, spazioso e pulito. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile per consigli e suggerimenti. Ottima la posizione, fermata del tram (linea T2) a 6 minuti, con il quale in circa 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Il posto auto nel garage vicino è un enorme vantaggio. Supermercato Esselunga nelle vicinanze. Caffetteria di fronte all'edificio per fare colazione, anche da asporto. Scarsa illuminazione in cucina. Rumore dell'ascensore, del traffico e dei vicini maleducati e incivili.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Florence was a joy, and this place made it even better! - We had a smashing time on our holiday in Florence! The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely private garden, a real shame the rain kept us from enjoying it. The location was excellent, shops just around the corner, and a Tabaccheria right opposite where we picked up un carnet di dieci biglietti for easy travel. The T2 tram made getting to the airport and the city centre quick and simple. Our host was incredibly attentive and gave us loads of local recommendations that made our stay even more memorable. There was nothing we didn’t like.
• christian (10/5): Excelente lugar en Florencia - Un muy buen lugar en Florencia con buena conectividad y en un barrio muy tranquilo. El apartamento muy cómodo y con todo el equipamiento necesario para una familia en vacaciones. Totalmente recomendable. La ducha del baño principal no tiene cortina y es complicado bañarse.

• Jean-philippe (8/5): Very good - The host was friendly and helpful. Spacey and comfy apartment, two toilets, full kitchen. The garden must be fantastic too in summer, but we were there in winter so we mostly stayed inside. the parking place in the nearby garage is a huge plus. Having a shopping center right at the corner of the street (as well as a kebab place) was quite convenient. Minor detail: there were 5 of us that were announced but only 4 beds were prepared. It would be nice to have a few more things in the kitchen like oil and vinegar and most of all some towels and cleaning material for the kitchen.
• Li (5/5): Passable - 1) The location 2) the check in and check out process 3) the host is very helpful by providing all the tips and addresses 1) Clean can be improved (duvets and pillows have some smell ) 2) One bedroom is on the side of street, very very noisy 3) The building has very bad isolation, we can hear the neighbor talking. One evening the neighbors above made strong noises until 4 am, we couldn't sleep.
