Gabriel (9/5): - Lo mejor: apartamento muy confortable, los huéspedes muy muy atentos y comunicación con ellos por mensaje de Booking en todo momento. Tiene buena ventilación y un balcón trasero donde poder sentarse a ver la calle y descansar. La zona es muy tranquila, tienes muchísimos bares y establecimientos de comida, una heladería al lado de la pizzería que hacen los mejores helados de Roma y baratísimos, lo mejor es el tranvía que pasa por delante, el número 5 te deja en Termini y tarda unos 35 minutos. En resumen, un magnífico apartamento a un magnífico precio. Enhorabuena No tiene televisión, si viajas con niños es un poco problema. El termo del agua caliente se activa desde un interruptor del pasillo, si se baja, se corta el agua. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero si estás de vacaciones no es ningún problema. Si necesitas proximidad al centro por trabajo, quizás necesites algo un poco más cerca.

Abdul (9/5): Superb - Every thing perfect, specially TV and kid channels was wonderful, only one thing need to fix AC was not working. And without AC it's very difficult to sleep, June, July and August is really hot in Rome. There is no AC, AC is important during June
Mr (7/5): Large apartment, without a soul. - The community around apartment is great! Lovely cafes and restaurants. The apartment is large, large enough for 5-6 persons. The bed was comfortable. The metro is close, but it was down for construction. Remote app for opening the doors is cool (but what if the battery dies on you in the middle of the night?) The apartment lacks a soul. It needs some paintings, some accessories and colors. It feels uncompleted and some places need a fresh paint. The shower drainage needs a cleaning!!!!!!! The AC is NOT working, maybe only if you climb up and do smth about it, because the remote is working, but nothing changes on the AC. The host never mentioned that the Metro is undergoing construction. And finally it would be lovely for the balcony to be made into a coffee place, because there is no table and chairs to sit.
